"I really loved this story having read the others already, the plot was beautiful but it was a bit confusing on the timelines sometimes. And the loose ends it left were a bit disappointing. Not confronting either Caroline or Jean. I know it’s a HEA and that’s what they both got (or the whole group in my opinion since the men also seemed to love Adelaide just as much but I would have loved to have had those issues resolved too. "

"Captain Andrew and Adelaide's love story was a beautiful read. I really enjoyed watching Andrew learn that not everything in life can be controlled, while Adelaide gently helped him see that. Their relationship felt genuine, and I loved the message that love is about choosing each other every day—not out of need, but because you want to stand by one another. One small suggestion I have is that I think it would have added even more closure if there had been a chapter where Robert confronted Jean about keeping him separated from his daughter. I felt that would have brought that storyline full circle. Overall, this was a lovely, heartwarming read with engaging characters. Thank you for sharing Andrew and Adelaide's story. I'm really looking forward to reading Ollie's, Mac's, and James's stories next! ❤️📚"
