"J’ai vraiment adoré cette histoire ! L’écriture est fluide, agréable et pleine de charme, on se laisse facilement emporter par le récit. L’intrigue est captivante et donne envie de continuer à lire pour découvrir la suite. On sent que l’auteur prend plaisir à raconter son histoire, et ça se ressent dans la qualité de l’écriture. "A really exciting story. I enjoyed the resilience of Aeris in the face of mistrust and even hatred. I hope there will be more books in this universe? I also hope you got to see my end of chapter comments. Inkitt was a real pain, flashing back to the beginning of the chapter every time I pressed one of the presets. This is the 3rd go at a review as it flashed back, sometimes to a random chapter before I had finished. I have been a sucker for dragon stories since Tolkien and Paolini. Thanks for feeding my passion."
One chapter turned into the whole book
"Wow, I just wanted to check out the first chapter and I ended up reading the whole thing. What kept me reading was the momentum: the mystery around Aeris’s past, her bond with Urrodon, and the way each new piece of Dragonmoor opened into a larger conflict. The dragons and elemental magic gave the story a strong fantasy-adventure feel, but the betrayals and complicated relationships are what made the stakes feel personal. Aeris grows into her power without losing the fear, grief, and stubbornness that make her feel human. There are some tense and grammar slips that could use another proofreading pass, but they never stopped me from wanting the next chapter. The final stretch moves fast, pays off several earlier mysteries, and leaves one very effective last reveal."
