"This is one of the best stories I've read here - well written and suspenseful! I love everything about this story - the way of emotional blackmail, the teenage friendship, the will to fight, the psychological games of the main male character. I am glad that this is one of the few books here in which the Stockholm syndrome has not appeared. The cool thing about this story is that we don't have an explanation for Damian's actions, there is no story behind it. As a psychologist I have worked with sex offenders and they usually have reasons to go wrong. But we don’t have any explanation here and it is cool - thanks to this we can find out what we want about Damian - we can say that he was born bad, or that the world made him so. I know it's strange, but I feel sorry for him, despite what he did, I want to hug him. One Sided Love is a book about unhealthy and sick obsession, fear and helplessness, depression and friendship. This is a real story that is read with suspense and anticipation of what will happen next. I recommend it to everyone, I believe that this story deserves more popularity!"

"Honestly i can't rate this book enough. I have read so many books through out but never have i ever came across such a book as "one sided love". It's such a realistic and emotional story where i found me living inside the story never wanting to put it down. I would say it's a story about fighting for life but i wouldn't bcz it's SO.MUCH.MORE. Fantastic work author. Love it. As for other friends..PLEASE READ IT. "

One Sided Love
"I would like to say, that this book was filled with so much passion and empathy, that it's hard not to feel something while reading this book. Even though the book is captioned on the more erotic side, you are able to look past that and focus on the realization of the darkness that encompasses lust. You feel the true compassion and understanding for the characters in the book, and the empathy is on a whole other level. I would like to praise the author for showing the real dull and deep darkness that is followed by lust that soon brings pain, suffering, and torture to follow. This book was consented to in the beginning as "dark humor", and cannot stress this enough. But if you don't have a mature mindset, I would encourage you to wait to read this book until you can fully understand the true meanings behind it. The theme I got throughout reading it, is that love is not pain and suffering, no one will ever truly understand love until they feel it. Some people beg to differ and are put in the mindset that love is only brutal pain and nothingness, and this book helps to see just what that is. But as you're comforted throughout life with only happiness and passion for your lover, then will you understand that love isn't only just lust and sex,b but friendship and comfort as well. And yes, love does come with its perks, but those perks are resolved within each other not one-sided. As someone who has never felt relationship-wise love as being a young age, I now realize what happens in this cruel and unfair world to the best of everyone. The content in this book is to be taken seriously and never shamed on anyone who has gone through what was detailed in the book. I would also like to thank the author for detailing some of the mental struggles and issues throughout the book so that people can get a better understanding and contemplate whether it is happening to them, or it has previously, or someone else. We got to see the dark sides of love, and it was truly something that needed to be discussed. The process in which all the events took place was so well planned out, and the consequences and repercussions that took, after all, fit into place so well. The events were described with so much detail that you feel goosebumps and the feeling that things like this do happen in the world and people should be talking about it more often to keep themselves and others safe. Aside from that, this book has its funny moments and also its shocking and scary moments. This book and words were so heartfelt and intense that it's hard not to feel something or relate this to your life in some way as well. I would like to thank all the strong men and women who have ever had to deal with such traumatic events described in this book and urge all of you to seek help before it can get any further. For those who have survived such as, you are all survivors and I cherish each and every one of you. The author deserves an award for being able to bring this topic forward in such a mature way and use what I would suppose would be some events from (his/her/their) life such as depression, cutting, gaslighting, etc, to make the story more real and personal to the readers as well. It is more commonly seen in women, but men can go through these things as well, and I bless and thank each every one of you for sharing your stories. This book is truly amazing, and I encourage all to read it. Thanks!"
