I’ve been playing D&D and wandering the Forgotten Realms for about thirty years. The Monk & The Witch grew out of that love for the setting—and out of a desire to see what happens when a D&D-sized adventure is treated as a long-form fantasy saga rather than a campaign recap.

I write it as prose first: characters, relationships, consequences, humor, terrible decisions, and the occasional fireball. The larger story is planned across multiple books, and I’m releasing it as I write and revise it.

The saga is completely free and unofficial fan content. If you enjoy Forgotten Realms, D&D, or simply character-driven fantasy, you’re very welcome along for the ride.
