"Honestly, this is the best book I've read in a long time. It's captivating and intoxicating. The dynamics between the brothers and Carla had me hooked from the start. The prolific scenes that make you hold your breath, and the intensity of this book are truly unique. I was impressed with the pacing, the characters. The dialogue and all the medical detail. Fascinating characters and of course Nyla the dog. Sarah is an extremely talented author getting you hooked in from the very beginning. I enjoyed the strong, defiant character of Carla. Such a fantastic female lead. Looking forward to book2"
