Interesting Read
"First vampire book I have read in a very long time but I enjoyed it thoroughly, it was one of those books that once I started I didn’t really want to stop until i finished it and that’s exactly what I did. Thorne and Xavier’s story was certainly an interesting one. With so much more still to be unraveled, I look forward to a second book. "
Very interesting book
"All I can say is this was so interesting book and I stayed up all night last night to finish this book. I couldn’t put it down even though I knew I needed to go to sleep. I stayed up till 6:30 in the morning and was reading from 1130 at night and it was crazy. I just couldn’t put it down specially towards the last chapters. Xavier and Thorne were so good together she finally found herself and she was one of the strongest characters I’ve ever seen in any books so far today Xavier was really good at what you did and what he was doing fighting to protect his people. Such a crazy book and I can see where it would be able to lead to a new book there’s so much on left said and done who takes the throne is Xavier the rightful air to the throne or is it thorn the rightful queen to the throne with Xavier by her side I kinda like that one more Xavier, the protector with Thorne, the queen who runs at all then we have the hunters who still have so much left undone. All I can say is give this one to read. I can’t see how you won’t enjoy it. It’s a great fantastic book. Thank you author for forgiveness to us and letting us have such a great story with so much depth and feeling I hope to see book 2 soon."
Bitten Bye the Devil
"I really really liked this book! Especially at the end when Thorne realized and edmited her feelings for Xavier."
Its good.
"It's the first vampire book I've read, and I've enjoyed it so far. Decent update times, and the plot is good. Will update as I continue."
Morally grey monsters and a good slow burn
"If you love morally grey (and broken) characters who aren’t trying to be heroes, Xavier and Thorne will probably be your kind of characters. They’re both 'monsters' in their own right, and honestly, they are written with so much depth and imperfection. The slow-burn romance hits way harder emotionally than your typical vampire story, but there is still plenty of action mixed in to keep you hooked. There's also a complicated love triangle involved. Honestly, the final pairing is obvious from the start since we only get Xavier and Thorne's perspectives, but Sean is actually written so well that you still really feel the tension and weight (and pain) of her choice. My favorite part is definitely how the author handles the plot and motivations. Nothing feels forced. There’s no clear 'good guy' or 'bad guy' here. Even the main antagonist is just making choices based on what they think is right. It makes the whole dynamic feel so grounded and realistic. My only real complaint is the world-building. Since it’s written in the first person and we’re stuck strictly in Xavier and Thorne's heads, the lore we get is a little limited. If there's a sequel, I really hope we get to see more of how the supernatural society actually operates. Overall, if you want an emotional, slow-burn vampire romance with a complicated little love triangle thrown in, definitely give Bride of the Night a read."
