"I was captivated with the concept of this vampire story. The plot most certainly drew me in. I enjoyed all the characters except the main female character Nicolette. I found her overly argumentative, contradicting and tedious. The story ends abruptly - apparently there is a second book. Word of warning - the numerous tags to this story are misleading. There is no werewolf, no marriage, no vampire hunters, NO SEX, very little romance, no cheating, no vampire bride and no 'vampire and hunter romance'. Plenty of drama with a really good plot. "
