Fabulous story. Not what I expected, but way better!
"This amazing story had me in it's grip. I expected the typical affair type thing, but wow, this took me by surprise! Extremely well written, easy to follow and the characters were each fairly covered, which is sometimes lost in other books I've read. It has all the elements you could want, all the emotions, feelings and excitement. I truly hope there is a follow up. I want to see them have a forever together. "

"I loved this book and was hooked because it was so realistic. I couldn’t stop thinking of my past relationship (my ex and I met on tinder when he was 7 months divorced from his college sweetheart) he was 10 years older then me and we explored so much together wink wink. So many scenes you wrote were word for word, action for action things we said or did. I’ve lived a very sexually free and liberated life, and a lot of times its so hard to read erotic or smut because so many people who write it get it COMPLETELY wrong, but you had me HOOKED from the first page!! "

"BLUF: This story was such a hot, sexy slice out of Sam’s life! Vivid prose gets right to the point, making it feel like I was watching porn on paper (in good and bad ways) and such a heart-pumping (if long) read. DOWN: I call it an Iliad because it wasn’t an Odyssey; it chunked out a piece of her life for us to get off on, but her “journey” did little more than sneak around until the end, where she needed a break and picked up where she left off. She learned little more than how much she enjoyed being used by an effective lover (and then some) and own it by marrying someone who accepted and loved her for it, but going right back to where she left off and not ready to face her accepting husband for it made me feel she hadn’t learned much at all. She simply became slave to her urges, giving us little more than one scene to the next rather than growth or character development. That made this story less of a journey and more of a big slice of the cake of her life, which made such a loooong book less enriching for me than it was stimulating. Maybe I just want more from a story, and I’m not sure I’d stick around for a sequel if it would just be more of the same. Good writing style but for how repetitive it got, either overusing words or sometimes feeling I was reading the same scenes again. The story itself had its moments, but I imagine this book would be a quarter of its size (maybe less) if it had cut out all the sex. UP: Still, it was JUST! SO! HOT!!! Her pleasures—though somehow feeling more from her than him with her near-constant beating off throughout (not a negative, just wondering if she could ever be that thrilled without it here and there or if it was a must)—were just off-the-charts sexy! The author’s prose—however repetitive—hit very hard (pun intended). I couldn’t help wanting to be in on it with Sam just to feel that hot! Seeing her enjoy such powerful experiences was enviable, as you don’t see too many women be that brave IRL (which would be nice, though I can see why not), and I enjoyed seeing one here. OVERALL: a worthwhile read. If you’d rather have straight-up hot without too much story, this is your book. Enjoy the ride!"
