I write what I enjoy reading myself. Easygoing stories, spiced with humor and the kind of moments that make you breathe a little heavier. You know what I mean. *wink*
I like men who are possessive, honest, and loyal—and who perhaps operate in a moral gray area; they are territorial and protective of what they consider theirs. The women are feisty, spirited, and strong-willed.
I live up north—where the winters are long, the coffee is essential, and staying indoors with a book is practically a survival skill.
English isn’t my native language, but I like to think I do a pretty decent job with it. This may have something to do with the fact that I read through my texts several times, checking the spelling, questioning every comma, moving it, putting it back, and eventually deciding it was probably fine where it was in the first place. My brain appreciates this challenge. My sanity has yet to comment.
Why write in English? Simply because I feel it gives my stories a different dimension and depth—and, apparently, I enjoy making things more complicated for myself.
By day, I work full-time in the lighting industry. But the evenings and nights are mine, which means you’ll usually find me writing, reading, or taking a quick break to make cards. Although, depending on the day, I may actually be making cards and taking a quick break to write.
If you’d like to see my cards—and possibly confirm that I really do have too many hobbies—you can find me on Instagram as Midnight Card Studio.
