I am self-publishing, mainly working on the first novel in a dystopian series, which means I have less time for posting short free works. The novel is called Glyndwr Wakes.

Owain Glyndŵr tells Charles, his descendant, that he must overthrow the Empire that defeated the United Kingdom and conquered Wales. However, Charles is fighting on the Empire's side in a war; he is brainwashed and trained by the totalitarian regime. He tries to remain loyal, but even in the army, he cannot avoid the concept of revolution. His discharge leads him to the descendant of King Arthur, told to liberate Britain, and the hidden son of the United Kingdom's king. Charles must decide what to do with the child and King Arthur's descendant, and he wonders if there are reasons to overthrow the Empire.
