"this was a great read, i started out with tears in my eyes, feeling compassion and heart ache while reading about the abuse being thrown around, but got to be happy when they started their new life, i cried when Charlie Rose lost her mum, then cheered when she got to meet her family. i would really love to read more, like her reactions to her family finding their partners and starting their own families, also what happens with Levi"

"The story is really good! It is super sad. Part of me wanted to change certain outcomes of the characters but this made it more realistic. Unfortunately, this is the reality for a lot of children. This is great to make people more aware."
