Daphne does a wonderful job setting the stage and maintaining tension throughout the book while providing a beautiful redemption arc for the MMC. I highly recommend this book! "

An angelic story with redemption
"Is it wrong of me to think the male lead was wearing leather jacket (bad boy angel ok not THAT boy). This was a great story. I used it to hit my reading daily stats. One chapter a day and I’m glad I did. I was hoping for that scene where God was like “hey Luci? I ain’t got time for this😑” but we just got to read about it in the past tense. I appreciate the fact that even if the female lead was “human? Yeah not really though” she wasn’t that weak she still had spunk, was responsible and your typical 20year old young adult. It’s also a sweet love story with redemption and the knowledge that sometimes you gotta step out of the way and do your thing. It’s still part of God’s plan. If there is a Book 3 then I cannot wait to read it. "
