How do you describe the emotions
"The tragic events that poor girl went through growing up are horrific. Twisted people got what they deserved... their ending. The story ended peacefully, however emotionally it was somewhat painful knowing our protagonist was still living with the remaining memories of her childhood trauma. I hope for a sequel to tell the story of the next generation that has magic. "

"I enjoyed this story. It had an interesting story and characters but just needs the pace slowed down a bit to allow the scenes, stories and characters to be developed more fully. I felt like it just glosses over everything and while it’s a nice story, it could have been so much more "

"Very interesting story. Characters are good, but there is an almost 2D quality to most. They are written out as though you were info dumping about them instead of making them & their history part of the story. The pacing is fast, and that doesn't leave a lot of time, but it also leaves a lot of holes."
Had a stronger start...but
"Had a stronger start, but lost traction for me when it came to how the plot carried on. It felt like some more story building was needed at certain points. Two story points that were questionable: - Guards were mentioned but ended up seeming useless - No action was taken on her "family" sooner. The end result seemed flat/brushed off, after all they had to own up for. "
