It is a very physical and exciting experience for me as a reader. The "Curator" (My Favorite): From the beginning, the 1st man (the Curator) became my favorite. His control, his mysterious power, and the way he treats the protagonist are very fascinating. The Emotional Journey: Watching the protagonist lose her job in Chapter 8 and sell her Cartier earrings in Chapter 9 was very sad. It made me feel her desperation. This forced her to choose the Curator and his contract completely. The Turning Point (Chapter 10): The moment they broke the rules by having that secret intimate moment was incredible! When she said, "You are my master," and he said, "You are mine," it was the perfect ending for this part. She has definitely chosen him in her heart. Overall: You created a dark, intense, and very addictive world. The power dynamic between the Curator and the protagonist is the best part of the story.
