Une bonne surprise originale.
"Les débuts ont été hésitants. J'ai eu un peu de mal à accrocher. Peut-être un peu mou à mon goût. Mais la seconde partie a débuté et tout a changé. Un aboutissement se dessinait et tout prenait une forme. Le flou devenait plus net et le récit plus intéressant jusqu'à la conclusion du premier tome plutôt inattendue. J'ai hâte de pouvoir lire le deuxième livre en langue française. Je dis bravo à l'autrice et merci pour ce moment de plaisir. 👏🙏🫶"

Sehr spannend aber
"sie passt nicht zu der Inhaltsangabe. Die Inhaltsangabe beschreibt, dass sie quasi verkauft wird, allerdings hat sie sich selbst entschieden und das ist ein Unterschied. Zudem wird in der Inhaltsangabe mehr versprochen, als die Geschichte hergibt. Ja, es wir ein zweiter Teil empfohlen, aber dann müsste auch die Inhaltsangabe entsprechend angepasst werden. Inhaltlich fand ich die Geschichte sehr spannend. Hier und da gab es für mich ein paar Stirnrunzler, weil mir vielleicht Informationen fehlten oder ich etwas nicht ganz verstanden hatte. Die Erklärung warum das Baby aufgenommen wurde, um dann quasi missbilligt zu werden, fand ich leider nicht so gut. Da könnte man vielleicht noch ein bisschen tiefer gehen. Trotz der oben genannten Dinge, war die Geschichte so spannend, dass ich sie zu Ende gelesen habe. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich den zweiten Teil lesen kann, aber ich werde es versuchen. Ergo selber lesen und ein Urteil fällen, würde ich sagen. ☺️ "
A Unique and Addictive Read
"I really enjoyed this book. It was unique, fast-paced, and kept my attention from beginning to end. The story moved quickly without feeling rushed, and I loved the direction it was taking. Without giving away any spoilers, the ending wasn’t quite for me. I personally prefer a more traditional romance, so the relationship dynamic at the end just wasn’t my favorite. That being said, I loved the characters. I especially liked each of the male leads as individuals—I just wasn’t a fan of the relationship as a whole. There was one pairing I was really rooting for, but that’s just my personal preference."
