"I’m NEVER disappointed with this author even when covering controversial topics like adultery. I absolutely loathe cheating bc of the betrayal and breaking someone trust can break this other person but the author navigated that so gracefully that you end up understanding the other side of the situation (of the cheater(s)). I was so hooked on this story! I loved everything, how a perfect family can get even more, how love is actually much more complex that what we think, how other people’s opinions are not the ones that are going to decide on your own happiness and the smut is everything! The only thing that I wish would have been more developed is the closeness of Bri and Cole before everything, instead of him just being Noah’s hot BFF who hangs around a lot. Having a better understanding of the depth of their bond even if they were oblivious bc we don’t fully get how they went from just the physical to totally and utterly in love. This story 100% deserves a part 2 with the new family structure, fights, jealousy? That’d be interesting to learn more about the dynamic of a committed throuple. "

"This made me feel. I was angry, sad and scared all at the same time. It really showed that even though we maybe open minded as individuals to others, we lack the same kindness for ourselves. Violet was able to show how even though we are not homophobic to others, we can still be homophobic to ourselves. It showed the consequences of our selfish actions and the pains they causes to ourselves and the ones we love. But most importantly this book showed how love can conquer all. Though I may not have supported the beginning of Cole and Bri's relationship, I will say they're ability to grow and admit there wrong was very beautiful to read"
