1: The Great Collapse

In the beginning, was The Void. No Barriers yet existed between the realms, and The Void Pressed its weight against everything.

The Void, possessing no thought, existed only to expand, and set its weight against everything. Pushing outward from itself, The Void expanded, first downward, pressing its weight, and passing through all in its path.

Soon it came to pass that The Void pressed its weight against that through which it could not pass. Having expanded as far as it could downward, The Void pushed out from itself and expanded upward, pressing its weight, and passing through all in its path.

Again, it came to pass that The Void pressed its weight against that through which it could not pass. Having expanded as far as it could upward, The Void pushed out from itself and expanded, first to the left, and then the right, pressing against and passing through all in its path.

Again, it came to pass that The Void pressed its wight against that through which it could not pass.

The Void, possessing no thought, and having pressed its weight against that through which it could not pass in all directions, began to expand, and press against itself.

A great time passed in this manner, until the weight of the Void became too much even for itself. Possessing no thought, The Void continued to expand and press against its own great weight. Having nowhere else to go The Void began to collapse on itself.

This is known as the Great Collapse.
