"Review contains spoilers!!!!!!! I rarely leave reviews (I’m a tough critic lol) and I’ve left maybe four on here and those are the authors I stick too. This book I could not put down. I literally was up until 3am and ignored my family a majority of the night reading lol. You plot line was different and unique, your characters all developed, there was great red herrings throughout (totally thought callum was shady), plot twists (Jason) and kept me completely guessing. There was drama but it wasn’t endless and was very natural. Books can be predictable and I expected Karen to cause way more drama and it was refreshing she wasn’t behind anything to do with Allie missing etc. I love that she was a strong and independent person but still developed to be an even stronger person. Your story captivated me from day one. James became a desirable character as the book went on and you slowly fell for him, just like Allie did. It’s like you could see things through her eyes as things were so descriptive. Your book was well written and the first book I’ve read in a while that I don’t have any criticism for grammar or mistakes. Your a very gifted writer and I’m excited to read more of your work. You knocked this out of the park with five stars. My one issue is I want a sequel OR Danielle to have her own book. I feel her connection with David is something to elaborate on and I want that story lol. Amazing job! You have a fan in me. "

Not a time waster
"This is not a time waster book. I love the flow of the story and sometimes get annoyed how stubborn Allie was, but this only shows the strong woman she is. You will be thinking of what will gonna happen next and will be surprised on the next twist of the story. I know this is Allie and James's story but I hope the author will write about Danielle and David. I know there is something between them. This only shows that this story is really a MUST to read because you'll be intrigued of the other characters. Well done to the author! "

A compelling plot
"I have enjoyed all of L Armstrong's stories and this one is just as good. The characters are interesting which gives you reason to know more about them. The fighting scenes are well described and the main characters are engaging. I am looking forward to a continuation of the plot, finding out about the other characters and the father of the main character. "
