"I really loved the different plot and writing style it was not hard to understand. Maturely written 💯there was craft about the way story was written and events were added played Ending was bit rushed & puzzling as well as devastating 😭 but shows how much this book got me hooked with its beautiful characters. Hopefully the second book will do these characters justice they deserve,that is HAPPY ENDINGS 🥺🤗 Good read♥️"
A walk on the wild side (way back when)
"Time for a walk through the past of one of the Spellcraft universe’s favourite side characters who doesn’t much like being on the side! By now, I’m sure everyone reading this series loves Oísín (come on, you know you’ve got a soft spot for the surly wolf with an unknown past and a heart of gold he tries to hide!), at least a little bit.. Well now we get to delve into that past with his one true love Aoife, and it’s even sweeter and more surprising and heartbreaking than you could have imagined. Again, the urge to sing the author’s many praises about her super-skilled writing is threatening to bubble over and fill the rest of this page, but your time is better spent off reading this book instead!"

"Wow. This is not your typical wolf shifter story. The author does an amazing job of sucking you into the story and the characters. Then twisting things in a direction you never expected and aren’t sure you want, lol. I look forward to reading the next book."

What a rollercoaster (of emotions) the author's taken us on - right from the very beginning readers are drawn in with our hurt and distrustful wolf whom our brave heroine comes across - from there on , a love story begins - one that starts as a soft and tender love (and remains so throughout the journey) and grows into one with an undercurrent of passion. Readers are left rooting for the "hill witch" and her wolfe throughout - so much that one gets anxious with all the sweet and tender moments - and the inevitable trouble. With a surprisingly sweet addition 😉 that is just the cherry on the icing-rich cake ! And the additions of the different POVs that are so well-written by the author are just *chef's kiss* Not for the feint-hearted but I dare you any way ! "

"Few minutes after I got to the end....my heart was still hurting, still racing with adrenaline. If that isn't a sign of a good story, what is? While reading this story, I hadn't expected it to pull me in the way it did. Short, yet it had an impact. I was there with them, seeing the town in the eyes of the characters and smelling the tea she liked brewing in their little cottage. Politics, love and spite driven into a single read that has your heart racing at the end and your mind beaconing for something more. It was simply wonderful. "

"I am sure you can read it as a standalone and catch up with the rest of the Spellcraft series later...because you will once you discover how good those stories are! Only a few chapters in, but already getting me emotionally involved with the characters. Aoife is such a brave, honest and kind woman. I absolutely despise Ffion already and I can't wait to find out Mr Wolf 's story. Definitely one to add to your library "
