Rapunzel’s Healing Touch
“Michael, how did you get out there? You know you can't leave the tower. If my mother were to find you out of the tower it would not be good.” her strong blonde hair lifted the sickly boy back up the tower and back inside. They made such a commotion that it even alerted the nine girls who saw the boy fall out of the tower “I'm sorry, Rapunzel. I had the urge to fly out the window and onto the ground below.” Rapunzel laughed and rolled her eyes “I'm not in a laughing mood right now” he laughs and said.
“Oh yeah? Then why did you laugh at the joke?” the girls below them laughed while Rapunzel shook her head “To humor you I guess, you know you can't be away from my hair more than an hour and you know how I get when you are gone” he sighs seeing she was serious now “I know, I know, I don't want to stop living my life just because of my illness. I tried to hang on to you but that force was strong” the girls down below heard everything he was saying and felt bad for him and her.
Rapunzel held onto him “You know how much I love you, Michael and if anything happened to you on my watch I would never forgive myself.” Michael knew how much she cared for him and said “I know Rapunzel and like I have told you before I am trying to feel the same way toward you” Aurora and Ariel got curious and scaled the wall eavesdropping on the conversation and it was then the two girls saw the device that transported the men to the kingdom freeze up when he said those words. They gasped upon hearing it short out.
They have never seen one do that before and they immediately think that his words stopped it from transporting. After the device stopped glitching the four of them watched it climb out the window with words flashing *Not First in Love* Ariel was the first to comment “That has to be the key to these disappearances.” Ariel looked at Michael with a bright smile. All the girls were feeling lonely and were growing impatient about not getting their men back. Aurora looked at Ariel and asked, “What are you smiling about?” Ariel looked at Michael and Michael looked at her
“Oh, she's just probably gazing at my eyes, Rapunzel tells me all the time she could get lost in them” Aurora smiled “Oh yes I know I could already have gotten lost” Michael did not think about the girl's advances on him and Rapunzel saw it and rubbed his cheek “Yes but remember I have your best interest in mind and would never take advantage of a situation,” she said as a warning to the two other girls being sweet on him. “I know that is right, Rapunzel you will never do me wrong and will never leave me”
She smiled and saw Aurora and Ariel not say anything else to him. Ariel had plans to get him to notice her and said “So what makes you so sickly, Michael?” he looked at her and said, “It has to do with Pixels that..” he paused and remembered he is no longer pixels “Hold on, I am not pixels. Rapunzel you don't think?” Rapunzel looked into his eyes and unraveled her hair “If you feel sick at all you let me know immediately.” she turned around worried sick about him. “I will, Rapunzel. Don't worry about me.” Rapunzel smiled and closed her eyes.
Michael smiled at Ariel “Thank you for bringing it up, if you didn't I don't think I would have thought of it. How can I ever thank you?” she put her hand up and thought of her precious Franklin still trapped. “Help us get our men back would be a great way to thank me” he smiled “I will try my best but nothing else?” she shook her head and looked at Rapunzel before saying “Could you ladies excuse me and Rapunzel?” Ariel and Aurora could see the look in his eyes and just knew that he loved her.
He looked at Aurora and saw her smiling at him and back at Rapunzel knowing she would tell him she told him so about falling for him just seconds after he said he was not there yet. Aurora was talking to him through looks and he could tell that she was a lovesick girl and perhaps she was a way of not showing Rapunzel his true feelings. “Forget this tower, does anyone want to go exploring this world with me?” Rapunzel announced to them before Michael said “I will be ok, I promise. Go and have a great time.”
Rapunzel and Arial got out of the tower and he looked at Aurora and took a deep breath having Rapunzel away from him for a while. He loves her but they spend every waking moment joined at the hip for the last 13 years with his old medical condition. “Something on your mind? I can tell you want to talk” he said smiling at Aurora “I just wanted to be alone with you” she commented and he finally realized that she might be interested in him. “Oh, I see but haven't you lost your true love? I assume you have”
She hung her head “It's complicated, he was my best friend before our parents arranged the marriage, and before he disappeared I thought I did love him but not being around him has made me doubt it.” he looked down as Rapunzel got to the bottom and was thinking about her “Do you think about him?” she smiled and nodded “All the time, I want to hold him tight just like you want to hold Rapunzel” he sighs and rubbed his neck “Am I that obvious?” she laughs “You have been flirting with her nonstop since I've seen you.”
He couldn't believe he was this blind.
“I just told her that I was not there yet and that I was not there yet, how silly would I feel hy crawling to her now” Aurora smiled and said “Take a lesson from me, Michael, and don't let your love get away no matter how silly you might look” he sighs and looked back down before hugging Aurora and going down the wall in a haste “Hold on I decided to tag along” Rapunzel smiled and so did Michael “Glad you decided to come with us,” Rapunzel said to him while Aurora smiled up in the tower.
“Yeah I realized something while I was up there watching you climb down,” he said to her, and she didn't think twice about what he might be doing. “What is that?” he grabbed her hand while ariel moved off to give them a moment “To keep looking for a girl when the perfect one is standing right by me and has put up with my nonsense for 13 years in a lonely tower.” She smiled at him and took his hand “Yeah I am pretty terrific aren't I?” he smiled and kissed her “Yes Pretty and Terrific”
Their beautiful couple moment was interrupted when a girl and man came running through the crowd of people “Oii Please help us!! we have lost two litthe lassies and are 5 years old with bright red hair” Ariel had seen them run by a few seconds ago “they just ran that way” Ariel pointed to a booth where they were “Jamie-Lynn and Jessie” the two girls turned around “Momma and Uncle Liam” they ran to them “we got so scared and we couldn't find you” Jamie-Lynn told them while she hugged them.
