Autumn Leaves
…Thump! Joshua banged the door behind him as he saw his dear car falling apart like the leaves during autumn. He had his race within 6 hours and there was no hope. Joshua’s head fell in his arms while his bodyguards and coach tried to keep the reporters from coming in. Anxiety hit Joshua like a truck, crest-fallen and drenched in perturbation and incessant trickles of sweat kept oozing from his forehead. His trepidation knew no end when object anxiety took hold over his head.
He was torn by the bewildering thought of giving up the race. The entire room around him started to darken as if being pulled into the deepest, darkest ocean. All the voices soon fainted and turned into a long everlasting high-pitched beep. The air went dense with tense stillness. But that was soon broken by Joshua’s coach, who hauled him up and raced him back to his room.
