Untitled chapter
A Land Laid to Waste, Now Will Be Saved
After constant destruction, this land was laid to waste. However, Earth wants to help in its cleanup. The wars of destruction between the aliens and their antagonists from Saturn have made this land unlivable.
Earth can help and is able to survive on this Martian planet. There is no harm to be taken. The Martians are allies to Earth. They have been allies to Earth for some time.
The Martian world contacted Earth about the ending of the war they had with Saturn. The Martians won the war, but there was so much destruction and casualties. The casualties have amounted to the thousands.
Planet Earth was surprised the war continued if it did. They would do anything to help and to make the land more suitable to the Martian race.
The Martian world looks disastrous after this war. Homes and buildings have been destroyed the casualties are mounting daily in the count of people who died in this war.
This will be the first time in a long-time planet Earth will be traveling to Mars in the cleanup of the planet. The planet Earth is confident that they can help and bring salvage to whatever can be saved after this disastrous war.
The president of the United States currently is willing to do whatever it takes to make Mars livable again. They have the money and resources to help Mars feel alive and back to itself again.
This war that took place on planet Mars lasted a year. However, the destruction was unbelievable in stature and appearance.
Mars breathes oxygen like planet Earth. The help from Earth will be able to survive freely on this planet. The oxygen content is very similar to planet Earth’s as well.
Earth has chosen a group of astronauts to land on Mars and work on the planet to help preserve land that was brutally destroyed during the war. Only select members will be allowed to venture to Mars to do this duty.
It will be a quick trip to Mars as well. The space equipment will allow these Earthlings to travel to Mars within a few hours.
The president of the United States is optimistic that this venture will work. He feels the need to keep Mars as an ally in case anything should happen to Earth in the long run. He enjoys being an ally to Mars and enjoys keeping peaceful relations with them as well.
The trip will take place tomorrow. It will be a quick trip to Mars as the astronauts prepare for this venture into the Martian world.
The astronauts have been chosen and have a lot of work to do in order to keep Mars in a survivable state. The area of Mars affected is vast, but with this help and time it should improve dramatically.
It is nighttime on planet Earth. This trip will take place from Cape Canaveral. The liftoff for the astronauts will take place at six o’clock in the morning.
The astronauts are comfortably sleeping. It is around three o’clock in the morning. They will be up around four in the morning to get ready for their flight to Mars.
The next hour passed by quickly. The astronauts wake up and get ready for their flight to Mars. They will have to be in spacesuits because the oxygen content in space is non-existent.
These are astronauts are ready to go. It takes them only a short period of time to get dressed and ready for their flight.
Each one of them heads to the spaceship for liftoff. They are boarding the spaceship and are ready to see Mars.
Mars will be seen clearly on their radar once they fly into space. Their mission is simple, and they will be doing Mars a grateful service after the war that planet experienced with Saturn.
It is 5:45 am. It is almost time for liftoff. There is a small crowd of people forming to see the astronauts into space.
Time has passed quickly. It is time for liftoff. The countdown begins, then the liftoff takes place. Fire and smoke can be seen streaming from behind the spacecraft as it enters space.
The liftoff is successful, and the astronauts are entering space. This spacecraft was made to reach other planetary destinations in a much quicker period than previous mechanisms.
They are entering a new zone. Mars can be seen clearly on the radar. They are excited to have traveled so quickly and to see Mars this soon.
“Look, we are making great time, I can see Mars clearly on the radar, we will be there in no time flat,” said one of the astronauts to his crew. The other crew members agreed, and they smiled as they continued their trek to Mars.
The Martian population is awaiting Earth’s venture to their home planet. There is a large group of Martians awaiting their presence.
They are excited to know how helpful Earth is to them. This war was uncalled for but brought upon by the enemy of Saturn. Saturn is not a friendly world to most planets. The only planet Saturn is really an ally to is far flung Pluto.
The astronauts from Earth are almost in Mars’s atmosphere. They can see the mountainous formations from where they are. They will be on Mars in no time.
“We need to slow down a little, we will be on Mars in a short period of time,” said the head astronaut to his crew. The others agreed and the spacecraft’s speed was decreased.
They are now in Mars’s atmosphere and are heading directly where the landing is on Mars. They will be greeted happily by the Martian president and other Martians as they make their trek to their planet.
They are flying into a level below the atmosphere. They see land and mountains. They are headed in the direction of where the landing will take place.
They are getting closer to ground. The astronauts can see the people below and the landing in sight.
Within five minutes they will land. This is a great run for them, and they can’t wait to get out to meet the people of Mars. They are eager to meet the president of Mars as well.
They are about to land. The landing area is a vast area to land safely. They land without a problem. This crowd of Martians are in awe of this spaceship and the meeting of Earthlings.
“We have landed,” said the head astronaut to his crew. “Let’s greet the Martians with open arms and help them with their major problems,” added the head astronaut.
The head astronaut opened the door to the spaceship. It opened easily as the astronauts entered the Martian world. They could take off their head gear. They would be breathing oxygen, like the oxygen on planet Earth.
The president of Mars walked up to the head astronaut and his crew. “We are happy to see you, how was your journey through space?” asked the president of Mars to the head astronaut. “It was pleasant, there were no mechanical problems, it was clear sailing for all of us,” responded the head astronaut to the president of Mars.
The astronauts were greeted by the partisan crowd as well. It was a great start to the venture to Mars.
The astronauts would be transported to their living quarters and be shown where the work needs to be done in cleaning up this part of the Martian world. There is going to be extensive cleanup, but through hard work and time this part of the Martian world is going to change for the better.
The cleanup and revitalization of this part of Mars will begin tomorrow. The start of the day will begin at 8:00 am.
The astronauts chosen to have been selected because they have the experience to take care of this cleanup on this planet. The whole revitalization process could take up to six months. This is a time-consuming process to say the least.
It is nighttime on Mars. The daytime has passed by quickly. The astronauts are ready to go to sleep. They have a busy day tomorrow as they are prepared for their duty in the cleanup process.
The spaceship was able to haul all the proper equipment to help with the cleaning process. Also, the Martian cleanup patrol also has an abundant number of supplies to help in this cleanup process as well.
The nighttime has passed quickly. It is early morning, and the astronauts are getting ready for the start of their day.
They get cleaned up and are awaken to a hearty breakfast. The area where they are staying takes care of the meals and their living areas as well.
“This is going to be a great day,” said the head astronaut to his fellow astronauts. “We have a lot to do, but this task will be accomplished, it should get done in six months,” added the head astronaut.
The other astronauts conversed amongst each other. They were having a great breakfast and were happy to get underway with this major project on planet Mars.
The breakfast ended and it was time for work. The president of Mars met with the astronauts, and it was time to begin this major task.
The astronauts were driven to the site where most of the damage took place. It was a disaster. Homes were destroyed and many lives were taken in this war. The Martians and Earth men would work together to get this area cleaned up.
Ambulances and other medical crew were still on hand taking care of people. It was clearly an area in ruins. The astronauts could see the destruction and all of them including the Martians were working hard to help others and help clean up this area.
The work in this zone and other areas nearby took months to fix and cleanup. The assistance the Earthlings provided was deeply needed. They performed beautifully under these conditions and Mars has greatly changed over these past six months.
It took six months to fix up these areas in ruins. The Earthlings were rewarded for their efforts and to this day their relations with Mars has been immaculate. It is important for Earth men to have positive relations with anyone. However, Saturn will always be a planet Mars and Earth will never have positive relations with.
The six months are completed. The astronauts were congratulated as they entered their spaceship to head back to Earth.
The ride home was fast and safe. They didn’t experience any problems while traveling in space while heading back to Earth.
When the astronauts landed on Earth, they had a lot to tell the president of the United States and other followers from around the United States and the world over. The president was grateful that they were able to keep great relations with Mars. Mars is an important world to Earth and having great relations makes this even better for them all.
The moral to this story is that working together and keeping a positive outlook on life is important. Even though Mars was badly destroyed in their war with Saturn the proper help from Earth was there and now Mars is improving daily because of such beneficial help provided to them. The relations now continue, and this continues to add benefits to this moral of this story as well.
