New Born
Once upon a time, in a remote village, there lived a well-known and peaceful family who had two daughters. The parents of the family were looking for a son who could help the family later. For this reason, they resorted to all kinds of means (doctors, magicians, prayers, etc.) to make their wish come true. One day, the little girl of the family had a dream and told her parents:
“Dad! mom! I dreamed of a foal plowing in the moon!”
After some time, the woman became pregnant again and the external conditions showed that a boy was going to be born. The father of the family and the children were preparing themselves for the birthday of the baby boy who was named Moon because of the seemingly prophetic sleep of the little girl. But something strange happened. On the night when the baby was born, everyone in the room was amazed and terrified. It was unbelievable! When the village midwife removed the baby and cut his navel and placed him on the blanket, the baby, who was a boy, rose from the ground and slowly moved towards the ceiling of the room like a balloon. As the baby was going up and down, the midwife immediately took his hands and hugged him tightly.
The next day, there were discussions between parents about why this happened and even their daughters had questions. Moon’s father was a more moderate person than the children’s mother, who was religiously extreme and superstitious, and believed that it was God’s will, but the children’s mother believed that she was captured by a spell. The older girl believed that this boy could be something interesting and the younger girl thought that God had punished her for her mischief.
Two days later, the family as well as the village midwife disappeared. Originally, the family had left the village to go to a remote place where no one knew them because of this birth and the problems that might be caused to them due to the superstitions and extreme beliefs of some residents. The next day, when the family had secretly left the city, the village midwife disappeared.
The family moved to a remote area. The journey was hard and exhausting. One of the problems they faced was that they faced many problems during the journey due to the child’s weightlessness. In spite of the fact that the chariot had a roof, Father Moon would tie a rope to a child’s leg and hold one end of the rope firmly in his hand or tie it to a part of the chariot.
After traveling a long distance, the family reached a village and settled there. But during their stay in this village, they always tried to keep the child hidden. But this secrecy did not last and the matter was exposed. The village priest, who had noticed this issue, tried to use this issue in the best possible way for his own benefit and to have more influence on the people of the village. This pastor had rumored that probably because this family did not pay attention to religious duties and did not contribute financially to religious affairs, they were punished by God.
On the other hand, one of the known extreme religious believed that this family will cause misery in the village and they should leave there, meanwhile, the village doctor was trying to help this child somehow. He believed that he could balance the child by using weights so that he could move on the ground somehow. In general, among the residents of the new village, different conversations were exchanged about this and opinions were different.
In the meantime, some of them who used to go to the nearby cities a lot had thought of stealing the child and selling it to the big circus of a big city that was near the village. In addition to all these side effects, the child grew up day by day and found many good and bad friends (because of his strange characteristic).
However, the conditions for living in this new village were not bad. The village doctor also made the weights he intended for Moon’s legs. The weights were locked and the keys were in the hands of the father, who kept them in a secret place. The main problem was that Moon liked and insisted on being in his natural state; it means head down and feet up. Moon insisted to his family to tie weights to his hands and believed that there must be a reason why he was born this way and it is better to walk on his hands. Moon’s insistence forced the father of the family to share this suggestion with the doctor, but the doctor reminded him that being in the inverted position for too long could cause irreparable damage to Moon’s brain, eyes, and internal organs. Due to these objections and existing conditions, one day Moon decided to run away and therefore disappeared for several days and nights. The family had to hide Moon’s disappearance for fear of being informed by evil and evil people. Finally, after extensive but secret searching, the father of the family, with the help of his eldest daughter, managed to find Moon inside a cave in the nearby mountains. Interestingly, when they found Moon, he was playing with a series of bats. Here Moon’s older sister became worried that her little brother might be a vampire.
At one point, Moon found some unscrupulous friends, and his friends used this characteristic of Moon to do evil things and steal. Of course, these things made Moon himself to do things individually. One of these tasks was sneakily stealing the keys of the locks. Such actions led to the protest of the villagers, and again debates about whether Moon and his family should leave the village or stay.
Another problem for Moon in the village was the reaction of the dogs to seeing him. Although he and his family lived in that village for a long time, most of the dogs showed a strange and aggressive reaction with fear to Moon.
