Chapter 1: Narrator
At 3:50 am terror was brought into the world. Frankie Smalls a widowed wife was pregnant with triplets, but little did she know these three girls would burn down the world and build it back up again.
At only 2 years old one of the triplets, Harper managed to burn down the house. She had lit a match and dropped it on the wooden floor. A ring of fire circled her and she seemed to be able to control the fire with her mind, sending it to every part of the house and even making a path way for her and her sisters to escape through. Their mother Frankie Smalls burned in the fire and barely survived, with burn marks all over her back resembling leopard spots. While Frankie recovered an old women, Bray, watched over the triplets. This women taught the girls magic and spells that they could use to protect themselves. "You must only use this for good and good only" The old women told them, "I've taught you each a power that resembles you best." "I have fire!" "Yes you do Harper, and Mary you have earth!" "I wish I had something cool like Hannah and Sandy, instead I just have earth." "Trust me little one," Bray said "Earth is Very powerful." "Your always forgetting me Bray, I'm leaving to go to mom" "Sandy I didn't forget about you your just-" "Little? Annoying? Weak? Weird?" "No, your just quite."
Once Frankie had recovered she moved with the triplets to the forest and started a new life. As the triplets grew older their powers advanced. "Harper, Sandy Look! Bray send us a letter!" When ever Bray sent letters it was always something to do with their powers. "Dear Triplets," Harper read. "I have a surprise for you here in the village. It is to big to mail out so please immediately head over to my hut and pick up your present." "Can't Bray just use her size spell and shrink whatever this is into an envelope?" Sandy asked, but even though Sandy's solution sounded good in theory there were two major problems. 1. Bray doesn't practice magic anymore and 2. The size spell can't be undone unless its by the same person who originally casted it. "Sandy, the more important question is how mom is ever going to let us go to the village. After she got those burn marks she hasn't been the same" "I got it!" Harper said, "We can sneak out tonight and not tell mom and be home by morning before she wakes up!" "No." "Why not Mary?" Harper did not like people getting in her way of executing her plans. "Well Harper if you don't remember Bray's house is a 3 hour walk and with this big surprise it's probably going to take us even longer to get back!" "Also Harper," Sandy piped in "Mom needs us. After getting burned she had to lose one of her legs so she can't cook, walk, get into bed, gather food-" "OK I GET IT! We can't go see Bray, I'll send her a letter!"
That night Sandy and Mary thought they had done a good job convincing Harper not to go but they were so wrong.

So far you have a great idea but try to expand upon the first chapter. To me it seems as if it jumps around alot and does little explaining on the current siblings situation. However, this is a decent story to a overall intresting novel concept.
