"Sleepovers with you are always fun, Dee." Calia said as I hugged her.
But I wish she knew about everything. Me liking her, you know. It's hard to hide it and I really wanna get it off my chest. It feels like im lying to my best friend everyday.
"Yea, you're a great friend," I said back "but I gotta go now.
I let go from her then put my shoes on with a sigh.
"Go?" She asked "Can't you stay?" She pleaded at me.
"Fine. But you have tell me who your crush is. You never got to tell me since we fell asleep too late last night" I smiled, secretly dying to know who.
We both layed in a star printed pink cover and she talked for hours and hours. Most would be annoyed but I found her talking intriguing. She was the prettiest girl I'd ever seen. Eyes like honey, so sweet. Soft, curly long black curls. Some in the front of her face. Pearly whites and freckles that you could only see if you were extremely close to her. Her complextion was like milk chocolate. She. Is. Beautiful.
"Sooo, what do you think I should do? Date him or move on?," I finally heard her say after blacking out in my thoughts.
"Uhhh, I think you should give him another chance," I blurted out, so stupidly.
"I mean all he did was cheat on me with Skylar but he did apologize, so I guess your right...I'll give him a chance! You always know what to do dee." She smiled with excitment, and hugged me.
The truth was I didn't know anything. I just said what I said in the moment. Obviously with no thought to it either. I was stuck. Now I had A deeper hole for me to fix or fall in.
