Today
Once upon a time there was a man, he lived in the city of inanis and his name was nullus. Everyday he wakes up, changes and leaves for work, everyday he sees his neighbor getting beat by her drunken husband, he leaves with not a second glance just like the rest of them.everyday he walks to work, everyday he walks by the homeless druggies , everyday he hears the cops spouting “ why even bother giving those blacks a chance at education they should just be put to work” everyday he calls them pigs under his breath everyday he sees the single mother scraping for change to pay for her groceries, everyday he sees it everyday he hates it everyday he lives it. Not today, today is different, this is not everyday, this is today. And today he snaps.
