It is the moment when you look at someone and realise that they are everything you ever wanted. And you want to laugh, and you want to cry, because you feel so lucky to have found them, and yet so terrified that the world will be pulled out from under you again. It is the day you feel invincible. It is your heart exploding in your chest. It is not knowing if you will ever come down to earth again. It is everything you would expect it to be. It is someone who smiles at you, and chooses you, although they could have anyone, and who you believe can do anything. It is someone who chases after you like you're the last air on earth. It is the sun walking into the room. It is dancing on the table, and getting into trouble, and laughing so hard you forget how to breathe. It is delusional sometimes, but never forgettable. It is someone who likes crisps, and candles, and the colour yellow. It's someone who wants sunflowers at their funeral. It was someone like him. But love is also choosing their happiness over yours. And there is a difference between a great love and the right one.
For everyone who is beautifully and unapologetically different.
But for the unheard most of all.
