Chapter 1
Saturday December 24,2019 Christmas eve Jessie and Chad are best friends they are planning to go get decorations for Christmas at the mall, so they got their things and went to get a taxi.
"Hello taxi man," said Chad.
"Are you going to the mall," said Jessie. The man said yes. They all hopped in the car and drove off. They reached the mall. They hopped out of the car and paid $300 dollars. They both went inside. They went and looked around. Suddenly, Chad and Jessie lost each other they were screaming and shouting for each other. Eventually they found each other. They giggled and smiled like nothing happened. They found the Christmas decorations in store 8. They were so excited about the decorations. They got what they needed and headed home. When they reached home, they set up the decorations. They had a neighbor that had always competed with them, so they had already had the decorations up. Chad and Jessie started to set up the decorations. The neighbor came out of their house and was watching Chad and Jessie. Suddenly, the neighbor started to laugh. Chad and Jessie turned around and saw the neighbor. The neighbor's name is Alan.
Jessi told Chad "Let's just go inside and make cookies and finish later. " Chad agreed.
Alan said, "Haha another point for me."
They quickly went inside feeling embarrassed.
