"Beautiful storyline. A bit unfortunate that you missed the chance to explain the details of what happened in the past to cause both Noah & Aliya their problems. You also didn’t weave those into the story as a very real threat to be dealt with, so now it seems like it was just all part of a PTSD hallucination, and the two of them need therapy and not a cave hideout. Maybe you should tie up some loose ends before you publish you final copy. "
