Welcome back, my loves!

Thank you all for the patience with this story (and the rest of my Fairhope babies).

When I first wrote Aspen Falls and then posted it online, I never actually thought people would read. Let alone, get all the comments and feedback and all around love that it’s received. It’s my baby. No lie. Head over heels in love with those two. But y’all have definitely surprised me and the fact that so many have reached out and asked when more is coming and then waited along with me while I settle into motherhood and continue writing is beyond anything in my wildest dreams. So thank you all and I love you bunches.

Please keep in mind that Grounding Hunter starts EIGHT MONTHS BEFORE Aspen Falls. Y’all have to get the backstory of Bristol and Hunter, that they are keeping on the downlow.

I don’t want to promise weekly updates so please, please stick with me. I swear when I get chapters done, they’ll be loaded as quick as my little fingers can process. Probably in between naptimes and at night when the boys go to bed.

Hunter Dane Ellington One fucking picture for an Instagram poll and that was all it took. My little sister's best friend no longer looked like...well...my little sister's best friend. She looked like a fucking grown man's wet dream and I was here for it. Minus the fact that I'm fucked in the head and don't believe in love. But that shouldn't matter, right? I could talk to her. Be friends with her. Not catch any fucking feelings. Right? Resisting a barely 5 foot, 22 year old should be a fucking cake walk. I'm a Navy SEAL for Christ sake. I got this shit. Bristol Jane Renner I've known him my entire life. Literally. My entire fucking life. He's been the best big brother that doesn't share my DNA. So...why all of the sudden do I picture my future with him? And NOT in a big brother kind of way! He's my best friend's sibling. Fuck sake. He's highly unattainable. Doesn't believe in love. And I don't believe in flings. So we'll never actually work. But...he keeps calling and txting and showing up and I can no longer keep my feelings under wraps. It's kind of a nightmare. 0/10 recommend. Starting 8 months BEFORE Aspen Falls...Bristol and Hunter jump on a whirlwind rollercoaster of relationships. If you can call it that. No matter how long they lie to themselves, feelings are hard to ignore. In the end are they the ones that can save each other?
