See and Hear
Sometimes you need to see and hear your surroundings.
When stress gets to us, we tend to let lose our anger with anyone.
But today taught me something, we need to calm our breath, see who is in front of us and listen to what they're saying when they see us.
Then this happened when I calm my breath, look at them and listened to what they are saying.
"Why is she like this? Why is she stressing out so much? We are only having simple conversations."
They don't know your struggle, they don't know what is going on inside your head, so don't let go of your frustration with them.
This could be the start of a feud in the family.
