Summary

Molly lived in a world of academics and books. She spent most of her days buried in her studies and lost in her thoughts. Her classmates often mocked her for her “plain” appearance, thick glasses and lack of social skills, but she never cared much for what they thought. However, one day changed when she meets Silas. He was the complete opposite of her- reckless, impulsive and dangerously handsome. She knew she should stay away from him, but something about his wild energy drew her to him like a moth to a flame. Until blackmail comes along. She intended it to be tutoring and tutoring only, but Silas has other plans in mind. Before she knew it, she is caught in a whirlwind of romance with the one person she never thought she would attracted to. HEAVY EXPLICIT CONTENT 18+

Chapter 1

I released a shaky sigh, threw my glasses on bed and curled up into a tight ball the moment I came home from school.

"Bad day at school again?"

The knowingly words caught my attention as I sat up against my bed frame and focused my gaze on my father. A smile creeps onto my face as I see him.

"Dad, how was work?"

I didn't want to talk about school, there was really nothing much to talk about anyways.

"Baby, you already know." My dad feigned a tired look on his face, "does this we aren't going to talk about it?"

"That's right," I said, "And besides, what are we having for dinner?" I boggled as I shot up and made my way downstairs.

-------------------------------------------------

This was what I dreaded the most, as if there is a different way to get to class. Eyes down and act like my adidas superstars were the most interesting thing in the world.

I enjoyed walking to school, it gave me time to think and get some daily cardio in. Where my problem lied was getting to the entrance. Getting to the entrance for me was like a a flopping fish trying to make its way back into the water without getting picked at and on by neighboring birds.

I rolled my eyes as I inched closer to the pakring lot. I could hear throught my earphones, Tory Lanez booming through the bass from the one and only black corvette parked closest to the school. I stare in despair as he makes his way out of his car. He excludes confidence and charm as he steps onto the pavement. Clad in a black tee and cargos that flatters his athletic build, tattoos seeping through his sleeves and down all the way to his hands. I don't understand why he doesn't wear the school uniform. Silas.

I don't miss the bimbo that climbs out of the passenger seat. I admire her too, she was everything I wasn't.

She's white, tall, attainable hair, skinny, and rich. Completely opposite of the traits that I possess. I pull the straps of my backpack up, trud even further desperately avoiding the "Floaters". Ridiculous right? My mind trembles as I inch closer. Almost there, I think to myself. Almost- "OOMPH"

You know I could call myself stupid for honestly thinking that I could make it through one 1 second without the attention of these folks. My hands hit the ground, attempting to stop the fall. I feel my knees being scraped as I land on them. My glasses falling off my face and breaking as they feel the impact of the pavement. I had just got them fixed.

"You know Molly, you should really pay attention where you're going." He teases, leaning against the hood of his car as his group of friends surround him and laugh. "Don't wanna hurt yourself right?"

I look towards my left and see one of his other friends staring down at me with laughter swarming his cheeks. I was so focused on getting to class, I didn't realize that he stuck his foot out intentionally tripping me.

I lean up on my knees, not caring for their damage, muttering profanities as I pick up my glasses and inspect them. I pull the hem of my plaid skirt and clean them off. I coudn't wait to leave and shrugged them on .

This was a great way to start off the day.
