Hopes Peak academy, the prestigious school sits right in the heart of Japan. Ultimates are scouted for their talents and enrolled there. Many leaders of various industries all over the nation were alumni's of this school. However, our story doesn't start at hopes peak academy, but somewhere much more worrisome.

I don't think I have a name, but mistress, Byakuya and Celeste call me 11037. This factory is all I know. I don't think I have a home either, but this place is where I live and work. I have to work everyday, since if mistress decides I'm more trouble than I'm worth, she'll get rid of me. I know I'm nothing though, and I'm only worth how useful I can be to her. I have what I guess Is called incredible aim. All I know is the long hours of putting my arm to good use and helping out the factory. I hate not knowing who I am though, and wish I could someday have a purpose more than my service to mistress. However, just thinking that is scandeless, and I know Byakuya or Celeste would physically punish me for thinking something so criminal, and I would deserve it. Byakuya and Celeste just like me serve mistress, but they're much higher ranked than some one like me. They even have last names, a honor I thought nearly impossible, and definitely not for some one as worthless as I am. Mistress said she would give me a first name soon. I'm excited about that, even though I know I don't deserve it. Byakuya and Celeste are even allowed to leave at times. They live here like I do, but they get to go outside to go on missions, while I stay where I belong. Around my neck is a very odd contraption and I don't know why I have it. All I know is that whenever I tried to step outside I'm electrocuted to unconciousness. As much as I wish I could be more than a tool, with no purpose other than, being useful to mistress, I knew that was a meaningless wish. I was then woken up from my thoughts by a slap to the face. "11037!" Byakuya shouted. With a start, I realized I'd stopped working. "Are you asking to be replaced?!" Shaking my head, I immdiditely began working as fast as I could, despite the fact that shaking arms were red and raw, and I was about ready to drop from exaustion. What I felt didn't matter, all that mattered was what I could do for mistress. Byakuya scoffed as he watched me work. "Pathetic," the pompous young man sneered. "I really have no idea why ms. Junko keeps you around." I'm not focused on that though, continuing throwing at top speed since I know I will be killed if I'm not useful. Useful. Useful. Useful. I kept repeating that in my head like a mantra as I worked. I knew I wasn't supposed to, but I was terrified of what would happen to me if I was no longer useful. I heard those words every day, pathetic, nothing and worthless. Though I knew they shouldn't, those words stung every time I heard them, since I knew they were true. I was a pathetic, worthless, waste of space and I was lucky to be alive. Though my body was telling me to stop, Byakuya then began throwing we're all projectiles at lightning speed, and I knew exactly what to do. I batted the projectiles as they came and hit them into the batting cage. The practice continued on for what must have been hours. I continued batting as he thrower even though I wanted to step and after 5 hours I finally missed a projectile, which hit me in the face. Byakuya looked angry and disappointed, and I couldn't help but agree with him. I should have been able to catch that no problem. As punishment, he got out the whip, and though I was terrified and aching, I knew I deserved it. Mistress usually punished me, but if she wasn' t there, and Byakuya or Celeste was overseeing my work, she allowed them to punish me in her stead. I was normally given 40 lashes from the whip, but today he gave me 5 more than that since in the factory, messing up when at work is the worst crime you could commit, besides talking back. I never talked back anymore, since I had been beaten half to death when I did before, and rightfully so. But more importantly, I was so worthless and useless that I realized mistress must always be right, and I could never be right. I knew I had been let off easier though, as Celeste gave me much harsher punishments than Byakuya. Even though my back was now raw and bleeding, and I felt ready to collapse, I went right back to work and wouldn't let myself cry, since crying was for people with worth and value, I was not that, I was barely even worth anything at this point, and I knew it. I could tell I was moving slower now though, which worried me since I knew I would be punished majorly if I failed. Or even worse, If I was no longer useful mistress would depose of me for good and find someone else who wasn't broken. Mistress, Byakuya, and Celeste had something they called meals three times a day, but I didn't. When I woke up at 4:00 every morning, I was given a dry crust and a cup of water. Mistress explained to me that wanting more than the bare minimum and enjoying myself was just selfish and a false belief that I was worth anything. I kept again at my work for a couple hours before I lost consciousness. I then woke up in the punishment room with Celeste standing over me. I saw her give me a look of pure anger and I realized in horror what I had done to deserve this, I had fallen asleep on the job! I probably deserved whatever punishment she was going to give me. No I definitely deserved it, what with how worthless and pathetic I was. She hooked me up to a machine I had never seen before and shot electricity through my body for what must have been 45 minutes, making me scream out in pain. At that Celeste gave me a scolding look, making me even more worried. I had screamed? I knew this pain was rightful punishment, and I didn't have the right to scream, even if it was in pain. pass out. The next day when mistress, Byakuya, and Celeste, I heard voices that weren't them or the brainwashed remnants of despair. I realized what this meant immediately. Mistress decided I had outlived my usefulness, so she had hired these people to get rid of me! Full of fear, I quickly tried to find somewhere to hide.
