Two angels set foot upon Atera, one of gold and another of blood. Neither was aware of the other’s presence, as both were one of many angels. Jophiel Cyrus, a beautiful boy with golden locks. As well as Seraphina Bellerose, an alluring redhead. He an angel of lux, she an angel of tenebris. Both are destined for their fates and their love.

Chapter 1: Beauty is Tragedy (part 1-Jophiel POV)

Jophiel glanced at the beauty of the lower planet Atera. He inhaled the sweet air, dearly hoping this planet would survive their kind.

“Jophiel, hurry up now,” his father mumbled, “we’ve got a tight schedule to run.” his voice reeking of apathy and irritation.

“Coming father.” Now Jophiel’s voice was heard, a relatively uncommon thing. He typically had to be quite reserved and silent, not to his liking. Jophiel enjoyed being social, he was rather outgoing as others might say. I shouldn’t have to be quiet. “Father, I would prefer it much more if I got to explore Atera by…myself.” I was shocked by myself, yet proud moreover. The latter was much more pleasant. Father then sighed and began to reply.

“I suppose you could,” Even though he hadn’t finished speaking yet I was quite sure of what he was saying. “As long as you take Atheria along with you.” he avered whilst gesturing toward my younger sister, Atheria. I glared over towards her, her eyes along with her mind in the heavens, once again, father sighed.

Atheria.”

She still stood, not noticing.

“Atheria!”

“Y-Yes father?” her head had turned so quickly that I jolted as she did so.

“You are to accompany your brother as he travels around Atera.” his voice rumbling, to my distaste.

“Of course father,” she whimpered

as she turned toward me. “Shall we go..?”

“Yes, follow along,” I mumbled with disdain, I sauntered glancing back at Atheria to cue her to follow.

“Oh!” after a minute she finally realized, I almost sighed, but it was what to expect from her.

Part the ll (Seraphina POV) :

The terrain was rocky, I felt it through my pump. Not so protective are you? I shook my head at the thought, why pretend to talk to my footwear?

“Seraphina,” a sharp voice remarked on my hesitance. I inspected my surroundings, but no one. Behind me, I heard sprinting steps. I turned to find Kinsley, his stormy blue eyes filled with glee and curiosity.

“Madam Bellerose?” his tiny voice almost a mere whisper, I could barely hide my wide grin.

“Yes, Ley?” his eyes widened a tad bit more as I spoke,

“Wh-Where are we?” he found his voice and muttered slowly.

“Why, we're in Atera of course!” I exclaimed with beaming joy, Kinsley smiled almost as wide as I did.

“I thought those were just rumors or at least fairytales.”

“No, all you heard was true, Kinsley, all of it,” I whispered into his ear,

“It must be fit for an angel choir then!” His grin was very reassuring.

“Come along now,” I teased him, “or I’ll leave you for the creatures of Atera!” His eyes grew as expected, fear cluttered his face.

“I’m just messing around Kinsley.”

"What creatures lurk here, Madame Bellerose?" I shook my head grinning at his question.

"Kinsley, that's what we're searching for," I gesture toward the surrounding area, "all forms of life on Atera." I saunter towards him, "Which is why I told you to stay back.." I whisper now. I can tell he wants to protest but I shake my head, "No, please, for me?"

"Alright Madame..." his response is slow and losing his keen spirit, I shake my head and give a little wave, perfect timing for Reuel and Uziel to arrive. I tilt my head towards the both of them and as a good measure flick their caput wings, as expected both flinch away, Reuel scolding me as she regains balance.

"Phia, please refrain from ever doing that again." she starts but Uziel interjects,

"Fifi, I swear on Lord Lucifer that I'll summon our lordress, Lucianda." I shiver at the threat, a dreadful woman, our lordress. "She might even bring Adonis along~" He hangs my abhor for Lucianda and her grisly partner, Adonis Abital, over my head.

"Oh, I beg for mercy Uziel," my mocking seems to soothe him, as he smirks gently, "Please, do not summon one of the highest noblemen of our ruler and her Iegama boyfriend.."

"Let's carry on, we signed up for this activity, it's best we continue exploring Atera." Reuel's aching need for following the rules shines in her remarks.

"Fine." I turn back once more to see Kinsley reading a book in a nearby cloud, I smile, at least he's safe.

"You coming?" Uziel exclaims loudly, I almost soar over and hit him, but decide against it.

"Yes, Uziel," I mumble," I'm coming."
