Chapter 1
Marillette's diary:
January 1st 1508.
Men create a special type of temper in a woman, most, unlike me can keep their rage under control. In many ways I don't see a point in doing this. Men disgust me and I make it known, they don't like to be told they're wrong, they always think they know better they rule over everything as if they're superior they care none for no one or anything else's issues as long as they do not suffer. The insuference of them is beyond despair and i'm still to meet one I wont plan the death of, Everyday a new man walks into my work place asking stupid blatant questions, Or thinking that pestering me like a seagull at the beach trying to steal food will get them somewhere.
I have a secure sense that woman are what i'm into, many say i just haven't had the right man yet, the men I've had though i still hated them it was much less so than any other man I'd even set eyes upon until this day. Women know how too look and find things, they can listen and problem solve, though I find the idea of having sex with a woman a little confusing (maybe because I have never slept with a woman before) I can definetly see me being in a long term relationship with one AND being happy; something that with a man would last less than hour before an anger fuelled beating is beginning to come to the forefront and I need to hibernate.
I know to an extent why I dislike men, though other woman agree with these hypothesis they don't have a violent tendency towards them, as such knowing why someone else may do is confusing and often makes me feel wrong for something that cannot be helped.
Maybe in future I can figure all of this out without hurting a soul. Lord knows this life is becoming difficult the more I live it.

Wow! I wonder what happened that she would HATE ALL men. Each man is different... grown up differently... so treat women differently...
