Until one night ruined everything...

Chapter 1 - The Road

"Sweetheart, we are going out for dinner. You coming?" texted her parents.

"Hmm, okay I”ll come. Will be there in 15.."

Rayna just got back from school. She was laying around bored since she finished her homework so she decided to go. She loved to get ready. Dressing in a red romper that’s slightly longer, she takes the car keys and leaves.

There wasn’t heavy traffic, thanks to it being a weekday. Putting on some music, she rode away. Suddenly, her car broke down. She had no idea how it happened. ”We reached the restaurant." her parents texted. ”Am on my way." texted Rayna. She didn’t want to tell her parents about the breakdown because she didn’t want to worry them and was sure this was something she could fix. She fixed the faulty battery and it seemed to start so she went on her way.

About 5 minutes away from the restaurant, she got a really weird feeling in her head. It felt like a headache. She saw something on the road but wasn’t quite sure. When she went a little more further, she saw a person. A very young child. She was on the middle of the road, looking dejected and looked forward straight into Rayna’s eyes. The child wore a pretty pink top and grey pants with her hair short. Her eyes... they were so fascinating. Like the type to pull you in. She looked very familiar to Rayna but she couldn’t understand who the child was. Then, she just disappeared. Out of nowhere. Rayna was very confused and all the weird sensations were gone. Checking her time, she was pretty late. So, she went on to the restaurant. She didn’t tell anything to her parents either. They had a good dinner.

CHAPTER 2 TOMORROW...
