Chapter 1: Moving to Alabama
Luna's POV: Tomorrow my family and I are moving to Alabama. My Pawpaw let us borrow his giant red trailer and maybe a moving van to put are furniture and other stuff in. I'm super excited, yet sad because I'm leaving my childhood state. Also because my Grandma, Aunt, Uncle, and two cousins. But my family and I are gonna start over and live a new life down south. My parents sold are house, and we found a awesome house down in Alabama! Now let me introduce myself.
My name is Luna Montana. I'm 11 years old and my birthday is on 9-24-2011. I'm 5'3, my hair is brown, I have blue/green eyes, my favorite color is blue and pink, and I have three sisters. Lily (19 years) Amanda (13 years) Pinkie (5 years). I have a pet dog, and her name is Jade (2 years), and Lilly's cat's name Pumpkin (10-11) years). Also, I'm a hothead. live in Michigan and leaving to Alabama tomorrow. Well, that's all I'm gonna say!
I'm in my room, and it's empty. I share a room with Amanda. We have a bunk bed, and are bunk bed is put away in my Pawapaws trailer. Are dresser is put up, Amandas nightstand is put up, and are bookshelf is put up too. Are room is e-m-p-t-y. Amanda and I had to sleep on a mattress. We're getting ready for bed. I skipped brushing my teeth, but Amanda didn't. I got on top of my mattress and covered myself up and fell asleep.
Mom woke Amanda and I up. It's like 4:00am! Luckily, I get to sleep in the Tahoe. I got what I want to wear and got dressed. I'm wearing blue jeans and a pink sweatshirt. We already put are stuff in the Tahoe last night. Except, liquid stuff. As and axample, drinks or mom's oils. When we got into the Tahoe, I got my pillow and lay my head on it to sleep. Everyone did the same except Mom, Dad, and Chaney. Dad is driving, Mom didn't feel like sleeping, and Chaney's on her phone. Everything is peaceful.

Hours later...

We made it to Indiana, and we stopped somewhere to eat breakfast. And what we have for breakfast is... Crackerbarrel! We got inside and it wasn't busy thank goodness. We got to are table and ordered some drinks. I got orange juice, Amanda got orange juice too, Mom did the same, Dad got a coffee, Lilly got orange juice, and Pinkie got apple juice. Are waiter came and asked for are order. I got French toast, Amanda got French toast too, Mom got the same, Dad got pancakes, Pinkie got confetti pancakes, and Lilly got eggs. We had a wonderful time!
Now we're back on the road, and we started to play video games. I have my phone, Amanda has the Nintendo switch, and Pinkie's on her tablet. Everything's going smoothly, until Mom put in Cinderella in for Pinkie! All of the sudden, out of the blue, Pinkie keeps saying, "Cinderella, Cinderella, Cinderella is evil and fat!" Aw man! Everyone including me started to laugh historically! I said, "No, Her stepmother is evil and fat." We started to laugh again. Pinkie kept saying it so many times that I'm getting sick of it.
We've crossed the boarder to Kentucky. Kentucky is a really cool place! Especially the mountains. Mom had us get off are games and look out the windows. It's really cool to see the mountains and stuff, and I've already seen it the last time we visited Alabama.
Amanda's POV: When Mom had me get off the games and look out the window, the mountains are so cool. In Michigan there's no mountains. It's surrounded by lake water. Anyways, let me introduce myself.
My name's Amanda Montana. I'm 13 years old and my birthday is on 11-30-2009. I'm 5'5, my hair is light brown, my favorite color is purple, blue, and red, and my eyes are blue. Sometimes I act motherly. Well, that's all I'm gonna say!
We just got to Tennessee, and it's crazy busy out here! Especially in Nashville. We stopped somewhere to get lunch. We stopped at Tacobell. Or like my Dad calls it, Tacosmell. I had a soft shell taco, Lilly had this type of taco that I don't even know what it's called, Luna had a hard shell taco, Pinkie had a cheese roll up, Mom had a soft shell taco, and Dad had a hard shell. This afternoon wasn't much. Just playing video games, looking out the window, and listening to music.
We finally got to Alabama! I'm so excited to go into the new house, and I don't have to share a room with Luna anymore! Yay! It's gonna take us a little while to get to are new house, but it will be worth it. I hope that we're not neighbors with a Teenage boy. Because are old neighbors a teenage boy, and he is so annoying, disrespectful to adults, and he used to peek in are bedroom window. Are old neighbor stopped peeking in are window because Luna told him that are Dad will call the police if he kept peeking in Luna and I's room.
We got to are home, and it's dark out. I'm too tired to look around in the house, so Dad took are mattresses and put 'em in the bedrooms.
Luna's POV: Morning came. Mom had to wake me and Amanda up in 9:00am!!! I want to sleep in! Mom had to wake me up because Dad and Pawpaw are bringing in the couch and other stuff for the family room. A friend/family of ours came over. Her name is Kenny.
Kenny:"I ya'll! How are you guys doing?"
Mom:"We're doing good! The girls are unpacking and decorating their rooms."
Kenny:"I think Ronald is helping you guys bringing in boxes."
Mom:"Thank you, but you guys didn't have to."
Kenny:"Nah! It's fine! I love to help you guys move in."
Luna:"Hey Mom!" Yelling from my new room.
Mom:"What?!" Yelling back.
Luna:"Where's my bag?!" Yelling back.
Mom:"I don't know! I think it's still in Amandas room! Just come here Luna!" I started to come to mom.
Luna:"Where again?"
Mom:"Amandas room."
Luna:"Why is it in her room?!" While walking out of the room.
Amanda and Lilly went with Kenny to go shopping. I took my bag out of Amandas room and went back to mine. Pinkie came in and have Dad's nurf gun. I asked Pinkie if I can see it for a moment, and I started to chase her. Pinkie's screaming.
Lance's POV: Someone moved into that house next door. Who cares? I'm sitting in my room playing video games. I'm trying to beat a new record on Mario Cart on my Nintendo switch. Let me introduce myself. Ahem.
My name is Lance McClain. I'm 12 years old and my birthday is on 4-10-2010. I'm 5'6, my hair is brown, my eyes are blue, I have tan skin, my favorite color is blue, and I'm Cuban. My family and I moved to America when I was five. I flirt with girls, I'm stupid, and dumb. That's at least what Veronica says to me. Well, that's all!
My mom came in and took my controller away!
Lance:"What the heck?! Mom! I almost beat a new record!"
Mom:"Me and Veronica are going to meet the new neighbors. And I want you to come and meet them too."
Lance:"I don't wanna!"
Lance's Mom:"You're going, and that's final young man!" While taking my ear and bringing me to the door that leads to are front porch.
Lance:"Ow, ow, ow! FINE! I'll go!" Mom let go of my ear.
Mom:"Good." We walked out of the house and headed towards the new neighbors house. We got up to the new neighbors house and Mom knocked on the door. A lady opened the door.
Pearl:"May I help you?"
Mom:"Hi, we're your neighbors, and we want to welcome you to the neighborhood and introduce ourselves." A five year old little girl came into the room screaming while another girl is chasing her with a huge nerf gun.
Luna:"Reach for the skies!" The little girl put her hands in the air.
Pearl:"Oh no. They found the nerf gun. Maddyson! Put that thing away!"
Luna:"Oh come on! Please?"
Pearl:"No! Now come and meet the neighbors."
Luna:"Fine." She pulled the trigger and it hit on a cardboard box missing that little girl.
Pearl:"Forgive me."
Mom:"No! It's fine! My kids do that when we have guests over too. So, meet my kids. This is Veronica and Lance. My other two are at college and one is married."
Pearl:"My name is Pearl and these are my kids. Luna and Pinkie. My other two are out shopping. They should be here any minute." All of the sudden someone pulls into the driveway.
Pearl:"Oh! That's them right now." A girl walks up the front porch with grocery bags in her hand.
Amanda:"Hey, Mom. Um... who's this?"
Chelsea:"There are neighbors."
Amanda:"Okay. Well, hi my name is Amanda."
Lilly:"I'm Lilly. Now I need to go."
Luna:"Ugh. Not again."
Amanda:"I know Maddyson. I know."
Lance:"What do you mean?"
Luna:"Boys." She says while giving me a glare.
Pearl:"Okay girls. We'll talk about this later. Now do you guys want to come in?"
Mom:"Sure. Come kids." We walked into the room and their family room is big. We sat down on their couch and I saw a huge TV.
Pearl:"Hey, Luna and Amanda. Why don't you show Veronica and Lance around? Amanda you can take Veronica, and Luna you can take Lance."
Luna:"Aww. Why can't I take Veronica?"
Lance:"Ooh. Ladies are fighting over me. Ladies, ladies, ladies. There's plenty enough of me to go around." Veronica punches me in the arm.
Lance:"OUCH! What was that for?!"
Veronica:"That's enough Lance! Now, I'll go with Amanda, and you go with Luna." Amanda took Veronica to show her around the house. It's like they're friends already. Luna took my hand and tugged me, and then immediately let's go on my hand and shows me around.
Luna:"This is my parent's room. This is Amanda's room. Pinkie's room. And Lilly's room." Luna opens Lilly's door.
Lilly:"Hey! Get out!" A black cat ran out of the room.
Lance:"Ooh! Kitty!" I ran to catch the cat.
Lilly:"Get out!" Chaney pushes Luna out of the room and slams the door.
Lance:"Wow she's mean." While holding the cat two feet off the floor. I put the cat down and followed Maddyson.
Luna:"And this is my room." She opens her door and two seconds later she slams the door closed.
Luna:"Okay. You've seen it. Let's go."
Lance:"Wai, wai, wait. I need a better look." I opened the door and walked in like it's my room. Wow. Maddyson's room is... interesting.
Lance:"This is... interesting?"
Luna:"Ya know, it's kinda funny. My sister said the same thing." I mean... it's plain! Like sure she has more unpacking to do but... it's plain. I looked around the room and saw a Nintendo switch on her bed.
Lance:"Ooh! You got a Nintendo switch too? Awesome. Do ya got Mario Cart?"
Luna:"Yes."
Lance:"Can I play?"
Luna:"Sure." I sat down on her bed and we both played Mario Cart together. Luna is beating me in Mario Cart! She sat there like a normal person. While I sat there hunched over, pushing the controller buttons really fast, and staring at the TV in a panicking way. How can she beating me?!
Lance:"HOW ARE YOU BEATING ME?!"
Luna:"Hm. Well, I guess that all that training really payed off."
Lance:"WHAT TRAINING?!?!?!"
Luna:"Well, my older sister Amanda is always in first place, and I beat her like six times." I just sat there like a awe.
Lance:"Well... can we be friends?"
Luna:"Sure, but there are some things I want to tell you what you can't do in are friendship."
Lance:"Shoot."
Luna:"First. Don't put your arm around me like I'm your girlfriend, or I'll kill you." As she was talking I was putting my arm around her, but when she said that I slowly put my hand behind my neck.
Lance:"O-okay."
Luna:"Second. DO NOT PEEK IN MY WINDOW OR ELSE MY DAD CALLS THE POLICE ON YOU." After she said that I gave her a terrified look.
Lance:"O-o-okay." Luna giggled at me. When she stopped giggling at me I realized that Maddyson won the race in Mario Cart!!!
Lance:"Ugh! Why???"
Luna:"(Laughing) This is the first time I beat a boy besides my two cousins." I fake fainted on her bed with my arm covering my face. and Luna started to laugh.
