Meet Tom

Tom was 10 year old, fat and short boy. He loved eating chocolates and keeps on munching them everyday. Tom lived with his mother Grace, in a small village in London. It was just the 2 of them living, No one ever knew what happened to Tom's dad, He just vanished into thin air when Tom was 4 years old. Some say hey died due to rare illness which had no cure while the others say he died in a car accident But Tom never believed them. He thought that his father went on a mission and was in grave danger.

It was summer vacation. One fine morning Grace woke Tom up "it's cleaning day get ready go clean up the attic !" screamed his mother "okay.... I'm going said Tom sleepily. He got up the attic very slowly and lazily and saw some piles of rusty old boxes, he groaned and picked up the dirtiest box and started going down. While he was going he stumbled upon the ladder and came crashing to the floor with a loud THUD . His mom shouted "is everything okay up there ? I heard something" I'm okay there is no problem said Tom getting up. When he bent down to pick the stuff which fell out, he saw a few envelopes which read "Steve" he picked the letter and muttered "Steve is my dad's name " and he flipped the letter to see the address and the date It was a letter from dad 2 years ago and there was no address given. that means my dad is still alive! he exclaimed then he picked everything up and threw it on his bed and he started looking for more stuff related to his dad. Then he found a weird looking and very old map with a compass then thought that if he used these two correctly he can find his dad. He squealed and danced with joy knowing that his dad was still alive.
