echoed throughout the empty train station. Something cold and sinister seemed to hang in the air as the intoxicated male banged his head against the wall, the empty bottle of whiskey being held weakly in his hand.
The fluorescent lights flickered as the man turned his attention to the stranger who was now a couple of feet away from him, watching him. The drunkard staggered toward him and pointed at him with a shakey finger, “You got a staring problem or sum?”
The stranger continued to stand in silence, their stance still and never wavering.
The man got closer, squinting under the dim light as he tried to get a better look at the mysterious figure. They wore all black, a hood worn over their head which shadowed their facial features. His gaze flickered down to their hand, what caught his eye causing him to drop the empty alcohol bottle. The sound of the glass shattering into pieces added to the skin-crawling feeling he was now enveloped in.
His body trembled in fear as this stranger was not just any random person, but someone who was tightly gripping a bloody knife.
The stranger began to walk towards him which lead to the man stumbling back at the sudden advance, “W-wait! What do you want?! Money!? Drugs!?” Once the dark figure was close enough, they loomed over him and quickly snatched the collar of his shirt in order to drag him upwards. He struggled against his grip and thrashed his legs around in an attempt to escape, “LET ME GO!”
The stranger raised the knife as they whispered to the man whose body viciously shook underneath him, “I want you to experience a slow and gruesome death.” The man’s lips quivered, unable to utter a word as his body froze at the statement.
The knife was swiftly plunged into his left eye, causing him to let out a gut-wrenching scream as blood squirted out from the inflicted wound. The last thing the man saw was the evil grin plastered across the stranger's face as the knife was pulled out just for it to be plunged back down into his right eye.
His face became distorted as he writhed around in agony, no longer able to see. A blood-curdling cackle rumbled out from within the stranger at the sight of the man’s body going limp.
“You do not deserve to ever lay eyes on her...”
They loosened their grip on the man’s shirt and watched as his body dropped. The dark red blood began to pool around his head as it dripped down his face. They reach over for his wrists and press the bloody blade down to cut his hands off.
“Or touch her again.”
Once the knife bluntly stopped as it reached the bones within, they resorted to breaking the wrist and ripping the hand off after, leaving nothing but a bloody stump.
After they finished cutting and ripping the other hand off the mans now lifeless body, they dropped the two mutilated hands into a black garbage bag. They stood straight up and snatched the bag, giving the man’s body a final glance as they wiped off the blood that stained their face, “Good riddance.”
