Arrival at another home

All you could see in the night sky was the red blood moon shining across the horizon over the rough seas. The light was not as bright as the moon but was in between the moon and the sun like an eclipse that stopped light from coming through. A boy with black hair and red cheeks sat down on the beach all by himself, with tears running down his eyes as a waterfall. Even the cold breeze couldn't provide any solitude for the boy who was just a mere age of 7. His parents signed him up for adoption, unable to financially support him and they had no choice but to let go of their youngest son. Walking back home to see all his luggage neatly packed as his older siblings who all worked watched him be taken away from them. They were in their late teens and early 20's while he was just a boy. Not once questioning why they chose to have him; his family were in millions of debts and all the siblings were working and paying the family bills and the debts that piled on top of each other like a stack that could weigh more than 5 kilograms.

His eyes turned cold and the shine in his eyes were gone like crystal gold. His blue eyes no longer shined as bright as the ocean, his hair was messy and untamed, but his clothes were baggy and slightly torn in a few places. Carrying his bulky suitcase filled with not much clothing and only a few belongings that were essential and just one small teddy bear given to him as a gift by his friend alongside his bracelet that his friend and him both got together.

Leaving the house with all the memories he spent and tucking it in the back of his mind, so it doesn't affect his new future. He wasn't like the other kids; he was more observant and shyer than the others but that would change when his new future would give him a better life than any of his siblings and parents could wish for. Afterall the only details he was told was that the family was highly financially stable and that they had a son his age known by the name Leo. In his mind, he hoped the kid his age would be friendly instead of being a bully like he saw many kids do to those considered weak and inferior.

Sitting in the car as it drove past the hills that once held so many people smiling and being cheerful but now it held weary people who couldn't smile with how life was treating them. It was as if they were robbed of their freedom. Rain fell onto the window slowly then it grew rapidly until nothing could be seen of the town the boy grew up in. The journey was filled with the radio on playing music and apart from that, it was pure silence except for the noises heard outside and he stumbled across a huge house that was 2 Storeys high and painted from top to bottom elegantly.

Dropped off at the front porch of the house before the car that picked him up was driving straight ahead but not in the direction he went through. The steps were not made out of wood planks that held his old house up, but they were made out of stone and the railway was fully painted with black on top of the iron steel. Making his steps as graceful as he could, in order not to disappoint those who were now going to take care of him. Ringing the doorbell but only hearing silence before knocking on the door thrice, before the door was attended by a young lady in her late 20's with blonde hair and blue eyes while a young man also in his late 20's had brown hair and green, emerald eyes who pulled the small boy into a hug.

Another boy, his age stood on the top of the stairs, silently watching at the boy who he was supposed to be friends with and be sharing a room with since there were no guest rooms spared with 2 offices, a gym, a theatre and 3 bedrooms which 1 went to his parents, while the other 1 went to his older sister Grace who was 9 minutes older than him. Now he was sharing his room with a boy he barely knew but looking at the boy, he saw the nametag when his dad carried the boy's suitcase into his room. His name was Kion and it seemed that the boy was younger than him so he could use that to his advantage with older branging rights.
