Guide to satisfying noods

Ingredients:-

Indomie noodles (preferably curry flavour, aka yellow packet)

Chopped green chillies

Chilli powder

Pepper powder

Egg

Some other protein (doesn't have to be healthy, can be nuggets and sausage, or even fish from spicy curry, I won't judge)

Making basic sauce:-

Grab a bowl (ISTG, if you use a plate I will find you and kneecap you),

and mix in around 1/4 - 1/2 of the seasoning powder, chilli powder and oil provided in the noodle packet in the bowl, along with chilli powder, and pepper powder (according to your liking).

Heat oil in a pan (around 2-3 spoons) and once it's hot enough to burn your skin

Pour it into the bowl and mix, making a nice spicy sauce for the noodle.

Then add chillis chopped. (Adding chillies before hot oil will give the chillies a burnt taste, so don't do it.)

Cook egg:-

Make sunny side up, soft boiled or poached egg.

Main point is that your egg should have a runny yolk to make your noodles nice and creamy.

Cook noodles :-

with remaining 3/4 - 2/4 seasoning powder (if you are mentally stable, don't break the noodles)

Don't make noodles soft, it still needs to be firm and not become too watery.

You'll know when the noodles is cooked if you poke it with your utensil and the noodles aren't solid and dry, but are just slowly separating from each other but still in their original rectangular shape.

Get rid of the water and add the noodles to the bowl.

Mix well in sauce. And chilli chopped

Serve:-

Top bowl with egg, and whatever stuff you have

And eat with chopsticks.

Enjoy. (You have no choice. You WILL enjoy it)
