Lost one found

It was late in the night around when the moon was at its brightest. There came a loud Howl from the direction of the Hall. “Lilly quickly gets your shoes we have to leave” Celix shouted at me. “Why brother what is going on?” I was afraid; I was still little only 16 years of age, 2 years before my eighteenth when I was supposed to find my mate. “We have to leave now!” Celix sounded scared; it was strange for me to hear my brother so afraid. “Run” I heard my father shout into the den house. There were loud snarls everywhere and screams! The den was invaded by the Vampire hoard called “The Fallen” Some werewolf’s male ripped the throat out of one of the males when he tried to feed on a mortal, that was last week. We knew it will bring the war to our den, but we never anticipated it to be a full-on attack, we were outnumbered 5 to 2. Celix grabbed my arm. “Sister, move it!” he yelled at me. I started to run towards the secret door at the back of the den. We both hoped the exit will be cleared, but luck was not on our side. “Get behind me” Celix commanded, he was already 20 years of age and was now the Pack Alpha as well, he towered over all the other males. “Let us pass?” he demanded the young fletching blocking our way out. “I don’t think so.” He snarled and showed his fangs. Celix switched to Alpha mode and they engaged in a full-blown fight. Celix was fast, but the fletching was quicker and got more shots in than Celix could. I tried to help but was pushed aside so hard by the young vampire that I hid my head against the wall and everything went black.

When I came by Celix was gone and the young Vampire was. “Celix?” I called in a weary voice not knowing whether more vampires are lurking. The war must have been over because I heard no sound it was dead silence. I was scared and started to cry, then I felt a cold hand on my shoulder and I knew this was my end, my life will end tonight. “Hey little cub are you okay?” the voice did not sound familiar at all. When I turned around I saw a man standing there with jet-black hair and onyx eyes. “Who are you?” I asked being cautious as I can sense he is not of my race, but he smell s like death and blood which is the signature stink of a Vampire. “I won’t hurt you?” he gestured moving closer, but I moved away too scared of him. “You are lying you killed my pack,” I growled at him. He laughed at me; his laugh was one of the most beautiful sounds I have ever heard. “Why are you laughing at me?” I demanded feeling more heroic than 5 minutes before. “You wolfs are cute when you get angry.” And with that, he swept me up over his shoulder and he started to move out of our pack den and into the forest, he was too strong for me to fight him off so I just accepted my fate and prayed to the moon goddess that my brother and family made it out alive, as this will surely be my last day on this beautiful earth.

When I woke up I was in a daze, I was confused at first, but when I felt the cold stone floor beneath me the reality of last night came rushing back. I started to whimper I was unable to smell any of my pack members, but what I smelled was a stench that irritated my nostrils and made me sneeze.

I jumped at the echo; I was alone here wherever here is. I could hear a heartbeat or another breathing creature, where the devil am I? Just then a door swung open and sunlight burst in caring the smell of early morning. “The Bitch is awake, call John” I heard someone say with a sinister tone. “Hey little wolfie, you lost like a puppy?” he laughed as he came nearer. One thing I Knew our pack feared no one. Before he saw it coming, I launched myself at him and pushed him back a good few feet, he made contact with the wall behind him and snarled, not like a wolf but more like a demon or something that is possessed I immediately stepped back. “What are you I uttered the words out filled with more fear than I wanted” “Oh you little pup we are what nightmares are made of” he laughed, just then I heard another voice “Rohan did I not tell you to steer clear of this one” “Sorry John, but she attacked me out of nowhere, she is bloody fast” “ Yes I am so let me go, I have done nothing to you” I almost shouted it at the two men standing there, I must admit they were like visions, pale skin, muscular build well over 6feet but their eyes is what drew me they were not yellow like ours they were black almost.

They both laughed at me. I hated it when people laughed at me. I took a step forward showing them I was serious. “I am Lilly the Female Alpha of the Silver tongue pack and It would be wise to let me go, or you will have a whole wolf pack on your doorstep and the fight will not be in your favour.”

“Come now little one, don’t be like that” John said, wow this she wolf was pretty and yet so feisty. I really liked her from the first day I saw her 2 years ago. She was playing with her friends in the meadow and running and shapeshifting as she goes, her wolf is also so beautiful completely white with a black stripe over the back. “What are you looking at?” Lilly demanded not liking the way this man is staring at her.

“I was merely thinking that is all.” He exclaimed and dragged a stool over to sit on. “Tell me Lilly do know about us, I mean do you know what and who we are?” “No, I don’t so please enlighten me” I saw his buddy Rohan left the chamber and went outside. “Oaky here take a seat” he pushed a chair towards her and as he suspected she dragged it a bit further. “Well we are almost like you and your pack supernatural beings, although we live on blood intake and don’t have an end to our lives, meaning we are immortal..” “I am not stupid I know what that means, so basically you are immortal bloodsuckers, so no you are nothing like us not even remotely” Lilly was loosing her temper and was scared at the same time she wanted to go home so desperately. “Yes we are worse than you guys probably, you are warm and loving and we are cold and conniving okay, but also have hearts although it does not beat actually ...” he went quiet and thought about his last sentences. “Okay so what do you want with me then , I have done none of you wrong and you and your flock, group I don’t know what you are called attacked my pack house and drove everyone away and then you decided to take me away from them” She got up and I could see she was fuming with anger and about to loose it completely, if she were to transform now, she would do a great amount of damage. “Lilly calm down let me finish explaining, please” I was getting up and moved away a bit, even though I knew I would be able to kill her in an instance, that was not my plan for her.
