The first meeting
She woke up with the sound of the alarm. It was 7:00 am and it was the first day in the university. "Ugh! Is it morning already?" After sulking about morning arriving way earlier according to her she went to the bathroom to take a shower and get ready for her first day. Her stepmother was on a vacation and as usual her dad had already left without kissing her goodbye like he used to. She didn't think about it too much since she was used to it. After getting ready she got into their Rover which was supposed to drop her off at the university.
After cursing about the traffic and sitting in the car while scrolling through social media, she finally arrived there. She had not eaten anything at home and that's why she was hungry. "Oh God! I am so hungry right now, Mr Black, can I get something to eat?" She said to the man who was not only her driver for roads but her life too. "Sure miss Devonshire, wait here for a moment, I will be back". As promised Mr Black came with a cream cheese bagel and espresso. "Miss Devonshire please have this"."Thanks a lot Mr Black". She said with a tone full of gratitude."I am going to be late if I stay here for longer so I'll get going"."But miss how are you going to eat it?"."While roaming around the campus". With that being said she went out of the car with her favourite breakfast in her hand.
She was walking and examining the campus which is going to be her second home for some time. "The campus really is big". She was enjoying the view and her meal when suddenly she stumbled upon something which was hard and her meal fell on it. "What the hell!". It was none other than the nightmare himself- Zayn Stavrakos. "Can't you see where you are walking?" He said with a voice full of bitterness and anger. "Well Mister Angry Young Man I should be the one asking you that. Because of you my whole meal is wasted!" She returned with same bitterness in her voice. "How dare you raise your voice on me! Don't you know who I am?" He said as he was surprised that she could talk back to him like that because no one had ever done that before knowing who his father was. "Well I certainly do not because you don't look like an actor or something" she said with a voice full of sarcasm. This made him even more angry and he said "I have never met a girl as foolish and stupid as you". This made Elena angrier. One thing Elena does not like is someone telling her that she is stupid. She had already heard that enough but not anymore. She didn't even think a moment before throwing the remaining espresso at him in front of the crowd of students that had gathered while they were shouting at each other. After this Elena said "Don't call me stupid when it's the other way around". Hearing the statement Zayn came near her and said "You are gonna regret this". Elena walked away from there without focusing on his last words as Zayn was staring at her moving figure with a stained shirt.
