Black
A sigh left his parted lips as he inhaled the cigarette that rested on the left side of his mouth. The ember was the only light in the dark street, his tall lean frame resting against a tree that outlined the forest around the town. The message had been given more than once to Onyx Baxter, more times that he would allow but now it was too late. The debt itself was over two hundred grand, yet the guy kept borrowing with small payment back. Axel had a reputation to maintain in the small town of Black-fall Forest.
Onyx felt a horrible feeling wash over him as he drove home, he knew that Axel would possibly be waiting for him. He knew he had to get home and warn his twin sister Ivy. As he turned onto his dark street, his headlights didn't shine onto her car. He let out a breath of relief, she wasn't home yet. He pulled onto his usual spot on the grass, leaving the driveway for her. He took a long breath before turning the engine off, exhaling slowly. Getting out, he didn't bother locking it. His main focus was getting inside, moving faster than he had before up the steps to the front door. He had got as close as putting in the key and opening the door, before he felt something hit his head. The world going black.
