Just an observation.
"I just find it odd that the character Elvira is clever enough to sneak around, and yet she is not smart enough to figure out how upset she is making her mate. She also isn't thinking about what he might do with the info she is giving him. It's weird cuz earlier she was worried about him attacking the human kingdom and his reactions towards King Aden. "
