Chapter 1
( Nadia pov )
My brother Alex is older then me he's twenty six years old and I don't see him much, he travels a lot for work. Infact I am not sure what he does really besides being in the military...I know he had a few girlfriend's but it didn't last because of the long distance thing. My parents died when we were kids so my brother took over looking after me, I stay with our Nana now while he's away. I walk into my room throwing my back pack on my bed as I look into the mirror at the black eye I received yet again from Jenna and her friends. Funny thing is Jenna and I used to be best friends...now all she does is beat me up and bully me daily. Last year some one created a fake Facebook account in my name and said some awful stuff about Jenna on it , ever since then I've been targeted and instead of talking to me all she and her asshole friends do is find ways to humiliate me. I answer my cellphone as it begins to ring " hey Alex, I wasn't expecting to hear from you until next week!" I say to my brother happily he laughs slightly " yeah well I wanted to surprise you sis...are you free for dinner? I'm in town and really like to catch up with you Nadia " he says excitedly I sigh heavily " yeah that sounds great, Alex how about we meet at our Cafe in hour?" I say to him " sounds good Nadia see you then kiddo " he hangs up and I begin to get ready to see my brother for the first time in three years. I apply cover up to my eye, so he won't notice my black eye when I arrive at the Cafe, I not only see my brother sitting there but Jenna and her friends are sitting in the back booth with Jen's boyfriend Caleb. I cautiously walk in and sit down in front of Alex he smiles at me but raises his eyebrow " Nadia...what happened to your face? Who did that to you?" He says in a stern voice I sigh covering my face with a menu hiding my face from Jenna " never mind Alex, it was nothing I just fell helping Nana. " He rolls his eyes at me annoyed " you're lying to me Nadia..." he says as he looks over at Jenna 's table. " I ordered you a burger Nadia eat up, then we will head out!" He says sighing heavily I look at him sighing " so how's work?" I ask him curiously he sighs looking at me " its work, but I miss being around you ...how's school sis? Are your grades still good?" I nod at him smiling " sort of if you call a B plus good...I'm sorry Alex I'm really trying but lately there are distractions. " I say to him sighing heavily he looks at me confused " what distractions Nadia?" Suddenly Jenna walks over smirking at me " oh Nadia you didn't tell us you had such a cute boyfriend " she giggles looking at my brother Alex removes her hand from his shoulder " I'm her older brother actually....Alex...who are you?" She laughs slightly " I'm Jenna...Nadia and I have been friends forever " I sigh looking at her raising my eyebrow at her. " yeah that's right ..." I said in agreement I couldn't let Alex know what she was doing to me she would kill me if anyone found out. Though Jenna had a lot of nerve coming to our table and flirting with my brother....whoever posted that stuff about her last year in my name wasn't wrong about her...Jenna was definitely a slut and sought out attention where ever she could find it. Last year one of our teachers got arrested because of Jenna claimed he raped her but every one knows she asked him for it. Jenna is like a snake vile and sneaky , she can't be trusted. After dinner Alex came to Nana 's with me to spend the night. It was nice having my brother back in the house, we played board games and had milk and cookies. The next morning it was time for school Alex had to be somewhere but said he'd pick me up after school. The lunch bell rang and that's when Becca , Jenna's friend shoved me to the floor we were in the portable hallway a place were hardly anyone goes. Suddenly I felt Jenna grab me by the hair and drag me as Caleb began to film it on his phone as Becca and her friends began to punch , kick and spit on me . Jenna even shouted at me to fight I couldn't see straight, my eye swollen shut my head bleeding as they laughed. Jenna continued to kick me Caleb grabbed her " stop! That's enough you're going to kill her!" He said Jenna got angry with him " so what she deserves it!" Caleb glares at her " Jenna I'm fucking serious....this isn't funny anymore " he turned off the phone and I could hear the principles voice as I began to pass out.
( Alex pov )
" Hello? What!? I'm on my way!" I jump into my car speeding off to the hospital my heart racing my mind fueled with anger as the school just called me saying Nadia had been beaten up so severely that she's in a coma . Who would do such a thing to my sister? And why? I wasn't going to let this go I began to get on the phone with my contacts dialing every good assassin I knew for help. As I arrived at the hospital one my contacts sent me a video of what happened to my sister and who was involved I glared at it angirly the Dr approached me " Ah! There you are Mr. Blane we have the test results for your sister's blood work and they did find samples of sperm on her so we tested for any assault of any kind. " I glare at him angrily though wasn't his fault " Well! Was my little sister raped or not?!" I shout at him angrily he sighs heavily on the other way " I'm sorry Alex ...but yes...she was more then once . " I get angry punching the wall " ahh! By who?!" I ask him frustratedly he sighs looking at me " the officer says it was a young man named Caleb " I raise my eyebrow at the Dr angrily " Jenna 's boyfriend!? You're saying the girl who beat the shit out of my sister then had her boyfriend film it , had her boyfriend rape my sister too?!" The Dr looks at the officer as the officer clears his throat nodding at me " yes ....Alex " the officer says I sigh heavily turning around and leaving as head out the hospital I head back to my old apartment where I kept my business of being an assassin private. Behind a hidden door was a room filled with guns , weapons and a communication system all to contact my people. A friend of mine named Marshall buzzed in " hey I herd about your sister, Alex sorry ....every one is getting ready to help you out. " he says looking at me I sigh heavily looking at him " Marshall, that bitch who did this to her...was her best friend....she had her boyfriend rape Nadia more then once after filming her getting beat to her almost certain death. Marshall I need you to take a couple of guys to the hospital and stand watch over Nadia for me ....something doesn't add up and I'm going to find out what it is. " Marshall nods at me " okay I'll grab Clay and head over now...just be careful Alex, oh I came here because Noah found out some interesting information about Jenna 's dad. " I raise my eyebrow at him curiously " oh?" " apparently Jenna 's father got arrested last month for human trafficking...." Marshall explains to me I look at him sighing heavily " what are you saying Marshall?" I ask curiously " I'm saying that, maybe Nadia was either their next target or she saw something she shouldn't have. " I look at him nodding in agreement " you maybe right Marshall, where is Jenna 's father now?" I ask him curiously he smirks at me looking at me confused " still in jail why?" I nod at him " maybe I should pay him a visit..." I say to Marshall. Yes I would pay him a visit, get him to talk if anyone can get him to talk it's me. I needed to know who he was working for and why they wanted Nadia!
