"This is the first book I’ve read from this author. It sounds odd but this is probably one of the most realistic character stories that I have ever read! The characters are not super gifted mentally or physically (apart from those attached to their kind), they’re not super good or super bad. Some tend to good in various levels, same with the villains. The main villain is amoral and just doesn’t realise that they are that bad. They want, they get, so what’s the issue is their attitude. Fantastic storyline - not over converluted but still intriguing and intricate. I’ll definitely be reading more of this authors work."
