Her

I got up like any other day and did my morning routine. I took a 30-minute shower, then continued to dry off, brush my teeth, do my hair, and put my clothes on after washing my hands.

“Sophia are you up?” My mom asked, while coming out of her bathroom.

“Yesh, mommy” I answered while having a big smile, looking at my mother who was wearing high heels, black pants and a very sexy designer shirt.

“Well, we’ll both be starting school today,” My mother chuckled at the thought of us both starting at a new school.

I giggled in response. “Im going to get my book bag, mommy!” I yell in excitement.

I ran back up the stairs and retrieved my bookbag that the butler prepared the day before.

I jumped down the stairs and ran back to the kitchen.

“Mommy, I got my bookbag!!” I exclaimed.

“Oh, someone’s very excited for their first day of high school” My step father commented.

“Yesh I am! I get to meet people Ive never met before and my family is going to be there. So why wouldnt I be?” I exclaimed in excitement..

“Hmm what’s with your bookbag?” Mark asked.

“Huh? What about it?” I replied, turning to look at my bookbag to see if there was something wrong with it.

“Babe, why did you get her a baby bookbag when shes going into the 11th grade?” Mark asked in confusion.

“Pumpkin, that’s what she wanted. As long as shes happy, then Im happy, okay? Plus, we got matching bookbags, so shush” Mommy answered, smiling as she put food in front of me and Daddy.

“But baby-”

“AH ah. I know what you’re afraid of, but we’re all going to be there, ok love.”

“Ok chocolate drop”Mark says with the biggest smile on his face.
