Your POV
You stayed home while Stiles went to hang out with the guys. You’ve been watching The Maze Runner to keep yourself busy. You hear your phone go off and see it’s a text from Stiles.
Babe 🥰: I won’t be home until midnight. Are you okay being there by yourself? I know there’s a whole bunch of lunatics in my neighborhood lol.
Me: Yeah, I’ll be fine. I locked all of the doors and I’m watching The Maze Runner right now. Thomas looks just like you lol.
Babe 🥰: I know. It’s crazy. But I’m cuter lol. I have to go. Love you! See you when I get home 🥰!
Me: Okay, love you! Bye!

You decide to go to the kitchen to get something to eat. You look in the fridge and you get some leftover pizza from last night. As you’re about to sit down, you hear footsteps outside. You turn off all of the lights and hide behind the couch. You see a person with a gun walking toward the front door. Oh my God. Someone’s breaking in, you think to yourself.
When you see the doorknob moving, you head to Stiles’ room, turn off the TV, and hide in the closet. A couple of minutes later, you hear the front door being opened then footsteps up the stairs. You quickly get out of the closet and get your phone.
Me: Stiles, someone just broke into the house.
Babe 🥰: OH MY GOD! Are you okay?!
Me: Yes, I’m in the closet. Whoever broke in is upstairs with me. I’m so scared, Stiles. He has a gun! I don’t think I’m going to make it out alive.
Me: I love you too and I will.
All of a sudden, you hear the intruder coming into Stiles’ room. “Come out, come out wherever you are. I won’t hurt you. I just want to...play,″ the intruder tells you. You put your hand over your mouth to keep from screaming. You see the intruder’s shadow right in front of the closet door. Suddenly, it gets yanked open and he grabs you by your hair. “There you are! You really thought you could escape me, huh?″ he snarled. Your heart beats so fast you thought that it would rip out of your chest. “Leave me alone! Please don’t hurt me!” you sob. He throws you across the room and you hit your head really hard.
The room spins for a second and when you regain focus, you see the intruder walking toward you with his gun pointed at you. “PLEASE, STOP IT!” you scream. You feel the bullet tearing through you. You look down and see a big hole in your left rib. You suddenly hear the front door open and you hear someone yell, “Y/N! Where are you?″ Stiles. “Stiles, don’t come up here! He has a gun!” you yell. You feel another jolt of pain as the intruder shoots you in the other rib. You hear Stiles’ footsteps and a second later, he comes into the room and sees you bleeding out on the floor. The intruder looks from you to Stiles and then jumps out of the window. “Baby, stay with me. Please don’t leave me! We need to get you to the hospital,″ Stiles says while crying. You can feel the room spinning. “I don’t think I’m going to make it. I can already feel like I’m dying,″ you say while sobbing into Stiles’ chest.
All of a sudden, you feel like you’re going to pass out. Your vision goes blurry and everything goes black.
Stiles’ POV
1 hour later...
We’ve been at the hospital for 45 minutes and Y/N is still unconscious. The doctors said that she might not make it. When they tell me this, I am devastated. They tell me that I can go see her. When I see her, she is the color of paper. “Baby, if you can hear me, I love you so much!″ I say. I feel for a pulse and it’s not there. She’s dead. I can’t believe the love of my life is dead, I think. I fall to my knees and start crying. “NO!″ The doctors come rushing in and take her off of the oxygen. “We have to take Y/N to the morgue. She’s dead. I’m so sorry.''
