The Second Dimension is only home to the governing body responsible for the well-being of the First World. The Third Realm is a nonsensical plane that manifests true chaos magic. And then there is the Other World, a land for the dead and the dark magic associated with death. Each dimension contains a magic that is safe for their realm, but destructive when found in another. So when floating trains, runaway dreams, and deadly carnivals begin to pop around the globe, it’s clear that the barriers meant to keep the dimensions safe are slowly coming down.
